I’ve been in that same spot as well…I have had depression for two weeks or longer can’t remember and I don’t wanna remember, but watching Peters videos is definitely a cure for depression.
(My depression is gone now btw).
I had some pretty major depression back a few years ago, so I feel you both there. Mines still around even now, but a lot less frequent/bad. And while Ive only known Peters videos for a couple of years, he, as well as a few others, definitely still helps me forget when I need to. I hope it gets better for you, friend.

The reasons why your virtual machines are always in low resolutions and have horrible performance is that you need to install drivers. For VMware it's VMware tools and for VirtualBox it is VirtualBox guest auditions. Install them from menu options while in the virtual machines in not full screen, like you were in this video.
