Jimin has the loveliest voice. The recording of Letter is even better, in my opinion, than the live you reacted to. Jimin's part in Angel pt1 was small, beautiful but significant. Some of the other artists expressed their gratitude to him after. Jungkook featured on a song by Central Cee along with another rapper from Australia called Kid Laroi.
In Korea, English and the English alphabet are officially learned starting in the third grade of elementary school. The Korean and English spellings in the first line are lyrics for Koreans. Sometimes, I search for English words I don't know. I think the lyrics in the second line are for pronunciation for foreigners who want to pronounce Korean. Although there are some mistakes in pronunciation, it seems like most of it was written down exactly as it sounds. When Koreans learn English, they also learn English pronunciation symbols. At first, Korean learn sounds through the phonics process, but later we learn with the pronunciation symbols in the English dictionary. (Sometimes I secretly write it down in Korean pronunciation and pronounce it) The lyrics of the third line are an English translation of the lyrics of the first line. I also study English by watching this. Sometimes you may see a different translation because the meaning is slightly different or the appropriate word is missing. I know how you feel when you listen to Korean. We feel the same way when we listen to the Japanese version of BTS' songs or when Namjoon talks a lot in English. :)
Jimin vs Chairs. Imagine putting 2 perfectly round spheres on a flat surface... they will roll off.... IT IS JUST SCIENCE. PS. Jimin's butt has its own personality, it is the JIBOOTY.
Jimin is not the shortest. If anything Suga and Jimin are the same height 5'9. In the beginning he may have been a half an inch shorter than Suga but I think they are kind of the same height now. Can you tell I'm a little protective LOL 😂😂😂
Jimin and V went to highschool together while in BTS, because they are the same age and none of BTS members is from Seoul, they transfered in the same highschool when they moved there. Non of the BTS members knew eachother before auditioning for BigHit. I know Suga said he had heard of RM in the underground scene as he was becoming famous in that setting but that's it.
All the member signed Suga's guitar... so he would have them all with him when he toured alone. RM has stated that Jhope writes the best melodies for their songs. Park is pronounced Pak. It took me a while to catch on.Whenever they release a song they often release many versions of that song with different styles after the official one is released. A lot of times it is 7 different releases... One of my favorite is Who by Jimin acoustic. Just him and the guitar... so that if anyone says he is not really singing that well on the official mv will have to swallow their words. It is the best. Take a listen to the acoustic version of Who.
Hey, they all lived together probably the longest of every boy band in S Korea. For 10 years, as things got better financially they moved to bigger and better places. It wasn't until 2022 that they said good bye to their final home when they all bought their own homes. So during their training days they went to school together, V and Jimin are the same age. They went to see JK graduate together. They all continued their education in college receiving MBA's in different parts of entertainment and music degrees. They are smart guys, and didn't slack off not only prepairing for albums, concerts but schooling. No free time at all. Jin was the only one with college under his belt when they debuted but I believe he also continued his education as his father is a business man. By the way... they guys do not go to after parties... because of the media coverage can get them in trouble... they go back to the hotel and go online with ARMY - always. They protect themselves from getting bad publicity... would that they all would do the same.
Yes, the three youngest were still at high school when they debuted. Jimin is 3 months older than V... they went to Koean Arts High School... JK went to Seoul Performing Arts HS Jimin... 1995... became trainee 2012 at 16, debuted at 17 V... 1995... became trainee 2011 at 15, debuted at 17 JK... 1997... became trainee 2011 at 13, debuted at 15 Note V and Jimin went to that school once they became trainees and moved to Seoul... they didn't know each other before that. All members come from different towns in Korea none met before joining Big Hit (although I think some of them had seen RM perform in the underground... JK knew who he was and joined Big Hit because of his talent)
Suchwita is the best talk show for artists I have ever seen even the episode withe stiff footballer Suga eventually got him to relax. Plus bo stupid questions because ...Well it's Suga.
V once said that the meaning of being smooth as butter, to him, is Jimin. The man is a monumentally talented performer. He is art. It is because of him, that I looked into BTS and became an Army..
Suga has a song out called First Love - it is about the piano in his childhood home - which became his friend and a place of solace for him. You will see an upright piano appear in a lot of BTS videos for this memory. The song is powerful. Check it out.He is a big fan of the Japanese artist Ryuichi Sakamoto who pioneered electronic music. Days before his passing Yoongi flew to Japan to meet and spend time with him. They were big fans of each other and Yoongi played one of his songs off of the final DDay album. They sat down together to play. There is a video of them spending time together. It was very cool and emotional for me to watch.
Sometimes when I’m bored on airplanes I will go to the flight map and change the language to Korean. I think it’s fun to see the American/European/Pacific cities, states, and provinces spelled out in Hangul (the Korean alphabet). Just for you here is Canada spelled in Hangul. 캐나다. 🍁 There are some words that don’t translate directly. Korean doesn’t have a th sound so they use the letter for s and the letter that makes the eu sound 스 to replace th. There is also no letter Z in Korean so they use a j sound instead when they translate the English word into Hangul. If you listen to J-Hope’s song Safe Zone (which is a good song). You can tell he is pronouncing it “Safe Jone.”
I'm not a Korean, but I watched a lot of Kdramas, they eat beef as a luxury, for special celebrations, I reckon they eat much more pork and chicken. They have a very long coastline and eat a lot of seafood, they even have special women whose career is free diving for shellfish etc, called Haenyos. Their fish markets are spectacular and they eat a huge variety of seafood you never heard of.
I am not korean but i know a bit and i have been to korea. Pork is popular in korean barbecue. Seafood is also popular especially in places near the sea like Busan.
@@TheAfterPartyReactsKorea is surrounded by the sea on three sides. Seafood is abundant and varied. However, we also eat a similar amount of chicken, pork, beef and vegetables. 😊
Your little bro is right... the translation of Roman letters into Korean is more complex as Korean alphabet/language is not like ours... each part of the words represents a syllable as they have common syllables instead of letters and they make words using those set syllables... don't know if that makes sense... or if I've explained it right... but for instance the English word Butter would be translated into their script as 버터 (Beoteo) as the closest two syllables they have are Beo (버) and Teo (터)... there are no direct kinds of letter to letter translations like with say Polish to English.... so I believe when learning English that they learn our alphabet and then our words they learn in our alphabet, especially to be able to read and pronounce correctly... Fun fact... They do use a lot of English words in their everyday Korean... it just sounds different due to syllable pronunciation... those words are known as Konglish (eg... Pizza is Pijja, Coffee is Kopi, Butter is Beoteo)
There's also mention of a fruitfly in BTS lore! When they were still trainees living in their old dorm where they had 1 bedroom w/ bunk beds, they had so many fruitflies that JK tried to get rid of them using a vacuum cleaner!
I'm not Korean but a bit of a foodie. They eat a lot of porc, especially porc belly. I've also seen the BTS members eat squid, prawns, (king) crab, clams, fried fish (all sorts of fish). And they also eat hamburger and fries and pizza (international food). But they mostly eat noodles and sometimes rice, stews and korean barbecue (mostly porc belly or beef and sometimes vegetables cooked on a hot plate at the table), crispy chicken or crispy fish (in batter) with a spicy sauce or a sweet sauce. I see sesame oil, soja bean paste and gochujang coming back in a lot of recepies, among with spring onions and coriander, garlic, perilla leafs. They eat a lot of kimshi, pickled radishes, all kind of soups/broths. They even have a hot meal with rice or soup as a breakfast. Fresh fruits and vegetables can be expensive though in South Korea. Bread is not so common in South Korea (it's getting more popular nowadays). I believe the BTS member skip breakfast a lot (because they work till morning) and have most of the time only one or two meals a day. They do have snacks and eat fruit. They diet and work out a lot, besides all the dancing. When they tour, they eat more after performing, because the performances are so intence and they burn a lot of calories. They often eat PANDA Express when they are in the USA...
Let me tell you guys: Korean cuisine is one of the best in the world imo! And it's coming from an Italian foodie 😂 The variety is incredible! All different kinds of meats, fish, seafood and other kinds of proteins like tofu, cooked in different ways and like us Italians, it's in their culture to not waste anything from the animals. Such a great array of veggies, including the renowned kimchi in all of its variations (dozens), noodles, rice, soups, fried food, street food and snacks. And the flavours are always so rich but well balanced, from spicy to salty to sweet to tangy. I also like the culture around sharing food and drinks, it again reminds me a lot of the Italian culture. We love food and it's even better when we are sharing it with the people we love, like it's more than just feeding our body, but also feeding our soul and a bonding experience

Can't answer the language question as I'm not Korean however what really surprised me after learning how to read Hangul (Korean alphabet) is how much they use English words in everyday conversations. You just can't tell when looking at it as all those English words are written in hangul.
I'm not korean but just in case, wanted to say the romanized version of korean lyrics (korean words written in latin alphabet-the one we use), it exists in some videos just for us international people that want to learn lyrics but don't know hangul (the korean alphabet) I was curious about this too and koreans (and asian people in general that usually use another alphabet) told me they learn latin alphabet also in school, pretty early on. So my guess is they learn english using latin alphabet, as the sounds are not exactly the same in hangul (hard to explain but hope it makes sense for you). Hopefully you will get some koreans to answer too , to get accurate info 🤷🏻♀️
as English is the second language you learn the English alphabet, learn the phonetics since hangul and English have different sounds. the English writing of Korean words in subtitles are more for non-Korean to learn how to enunciate.
The same as BTS 😂😂funny how careful you are, but why not? They too have started from somewhere, started small... And the thoughts and emotions artists, big or small, experienced or beginners, have when performing are often the same . So people has to get that, if not...
Since you are reaction to compilations about BTS, aside from reacting their song group or solo, please also react to THE RISE OF BANGTAN series. Its a documentary about the start of BTS in detail. All the compilation videos are put together and made by a beautiful team; all are ARMY ofc. And also if you watch it, react also to the songs within the episodes before reacting to the next ep... Since I doubt there are any Koreans here, lets try to help you. English is learned in its romanised form, just like when you are learning Korean, you must use Hangul as learning it using romanisation does nothing for you. Personally I cannot read that romanized Korean, but I can read Hangul. It's interesting but my mind will just be like what's that. It's also because you can romanise a word in different ways eg Namjoon (RM's government name) can be romanised as Namjoon or Namjun. Just like Yoongi is really Yun Ki. Things like this change the meaning for grammar hence the need to learn how to write the proper word in it's proper form.
Latin korean for us non korean so can sing along, "korean alphabet" for korean. Translation full english is for non korean to understand the meaning of the lyrics.
After hearing them speak Portuguese with such fluidity, i would love to know their backgrounds.... By the way i am Portuguese myself, more precisely from Angola.
Can you reaction Agust D consert d-day you can see live performance Dechwita haegem amigdala "Agust D" song and another song by yoongi i hope you can reaction d-day consert
last thing I'm not going to try to answer your question because I'm not Korean but fyi What you're saying is latin isn't its written in Korean and romanized Korean which is Korean words written in English letters written how its sounds or to put it another way the English letters your mouth makes when you say the Korean word
Are you kidding. Koreans eat a lot of seafood. They eat a lot of pork as well. Pork is probably their favorite Korean barbecue meat especially pork belly which is like the cut of bacon but thick and delicious.
Hola chicos, veo muchos dramas y veo muchos documentales de corea y en su gastronomia desde pequeños incluyen en su mesa carne de cerdo, pollo, pescados y mariscos ademas va acompañados con vegetales, algas y hierbas; en cuanto al hangul que es la escritura coreana, creo que es cómo el inglés que lo escribes y lo pronuncias diferente; Gracias por sus reacciones y espero a mi osito preferido * V * y al bb más travieso JK. Los quiero chicos.💜💜🥰🥰

It's also because you can romanise a word in different ways eg Namjoon (RM's government name) can be romanised as Namjoon or Namjun. Just like Yoongi is really Yun Ki. Things like this change the meaning for grammar hence the need to learn how to write the proper word in it's proper form.
Seriously, the jacket. That was so long ago.
If you would like to watch a documentary of the behind the scenes of Jung kook"s solo album journey, it's in theaters right now titled as ..I am Still

Are you kidding. Koreans eat a lot of seafood. They eat a lot of pork as well. Pork is probably their favorite Korean barbecue meat especially pork belly which is like the cut of bacon but thick and delicious.
