Can you just replace the bulb inside the fixture?

Of the bulb went out, yes. This is in case you want to replace the turn signals with diferent ones.

Do you have any video where the head light fuse is located for a 1996 virago?

They're all in the dash except main fuse, main fuse is inside the bracket on the forks that says yamaha
