In today's Digital world its very difficult to segregate upsc aspirant videos because there are many upsc study channels which are showing that they are studying from morning to evening with an average of 16 to 17 hours a day but after seeing videos of aspirants you and upsc toppers it is clear that 8-10 hrs of effective study is good on regular basis rather then 17 hrs 😀 .

25:20 is not weird UPSC take the CDS exam where G.S and English paper has 120 questions and in CAPF(AC) exam, the G.S paper is 125 question that's why printing main easy hota hai for UPSC 160 question de do omr main tension hatam 😂👍

Red Bull isn't good for mental work, it is good for physical work. Since red Bull is CNS stimulant so it may have increased Heart rates, BP and hyperactivity issues.
