I had a business in Boca Raton FL. I was carrying a package and got on the elevator. This guy got on carrying his grocery bags. A couple approaches and tells us they live there. We should get off the elevator. Wally, a black guy who opened a big mouth said he has been in most world countries, met presidents and world leaders, owns a whole floor in the building should get off. Stood his ground and said I was with him. It turned out he was a famous entertainer, and we became buddies. You never know. Be courteous and polite,
I see that your post received received a lot of likes but I'm thoroughly confused. I had trouble keeping track of who's who. You indicated that you were carrying a package on an elevator. I'm not sure why that detail about the package is relevant but then you mention that another person gets on the same elevator carrying grocery bags. I'm not sure why it's relevant that he's carrying grocery bags either but the story goes on to mention that "a couple approaches". I'm assuming that you are suggesting that the couple gets on the elevator as well since you, at this point, haven't indicated that you've gotten out of the elevator. Out of nowhere, there's a new character in the story named "Wally" who "opened a big mouth". Was it his big mouth or are you referring to some other object that you may be referring to because it's large opening? Also, why is it relevant that Wally is black? (So many questions) At this point, I'm even more confused as to who Wally is speaking to about getting off of the elevator. Is he, Wally, saying that he wants to get off of the elevator or is he suggesting that someone else should? If so, who? you, the couple or the guy carrying the grocery bags? Who was the famous entertainer? Wally? The guy carrying the grocery bags? One of the couple? Who ended up being friends? You and Wally? You and the guy carrying the grocery bags? You and the couple? I'm also wondering how long the elevator doors were open. If you're in an apartment building going up (I admit that's an assumption on my part) the doors had to remain open for a very long time for all of these people to get on. Otherwise, why would these people be getting on the elevator, going up, from different floors within the building? Where are they coming from if they're already inside the apartment building? I've spent a lot of time pondering these questions and feel like I'm too invested, at this point, to just walk away from this story without knowing how these details all fit together.
Agreed, it does appear that everyone turned on him as soon as he was accused. He needed evidence, but no one needed it of him. It was a terrible example though, one of an overt racist who believes in slavery.

Thanks! This is a video for our time. Racism in the application of the law continues to be a problem in modern society. In the US, as this video illustrates, African Americans are arrested at a little over twice the rate of white Americans. This use to be over 5 times the arrest rate 50 years ago of white Americans, so progress has been made. As this shows Mr Dodgers was arrested tor trashing the room, whereas Mr Mudd just had to pay restitution for damages. This was a well written episode and Don Allen played his role well with aplomb. The antagonist actor, as Mr Mudd, was quite effective and had the KKK clan rhetoric down so effectively. I like that the writers used the name Mudd -- LOL. This was an excellent video and it has made it on 3 of my playlists. Thank you DramatizeMe. We are making progress because of social change, which can come only from videos that make us aware of social injustice like this. Bravo!

That is the way modern society is. That is what Black Lives Matter is all about. At least the cops did not beat him the ground, then handcuff him. That would have happened 50 years ago.

Great video!
Bravo!
Wise comment 🙏

Well done great video 😊
It’s normal, many millions of such acts have been carried out in our lives, before, & still going on now.
Bull crap, yes it happens but for various reasons and it's not as common as you say.
You wrote facts: and not much responses. Great observation

Black people does not deserve to be treated like this. You should treat them how you wanna be treated❤
I hear ya my friend , I'm Cape Verd and in summer I'm dark and have lots of black friends and they have Big Respect..
Not black people. I should say no people. You should treat everyone equally with respect regardless of race religion and other attributes.
This is a very good example of good and bad business. Owners
Wait: Why was Mr. Dodgers arrested but not Randy?
Exactly!!!!!!!!!!!
That is the way modern society is. That is what Black Lives Matter is all about. At least the cops did not beat him the ground, then handcuff him. That would have happened 50 years ago.
@Michelle-pn9xt the police were about to make an arrest but Mr dodgers might have dropped the charges. But I wanna see part 2 where randy is appointed either as a janitor or doing work as a gardener picking plantations in onion field. That would be awesome to see
