Young Russian professionals leave to avoid the draft

Russians have also left their country in large numbers since the war began.
Tens of thousands of young professionals have gone abroad, either to escape conscription or sanctions, or because they do not support the war.
The brain-drain is not new in Russia, but the war has shaped the short-term plans of many young professionals.
