Rice 1 cup - ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಒಂದು ಕಪ್
Toor Dal 1/2 Cup - ತೊಗರಿ ಬೇಳೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್
Moong Dal 1/2 Cup - ಹೆಸರು ಬೇಳೆ ಅರ್ಧ ಕಪ್
Chopped onion 1 - ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ ಒಂದು
Chopped tomato 1 - ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಟೊಮೆಟೊ ಒಂದು
Coriander leaves little - ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Curry leaves little - ಕರಿಬೇವಿನ ಸೊಪ್ಪು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
Green chilli 2 - ಹಸಿ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ್ದು ಎರಡು
Grated Ginger 1 inch - ತುರಿದ ಶುಂಠಿ ಒಂದು ಇಂಚಿನಷ್ಟು
Chopped garlic 1 - ಸಣ್ಣ ಕತ್ತರಿಸಿದ ಬೆಳ್ಳುಳ್ಳಿ ಒಂದು ಗಡ್ಡೆ
Jeera 1 tbsp - ಜೀರಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Oil 2 tbsp - ಅಡುಗೆ ಎಣ್ಣೆ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Ghee 2 tbsp - ತುಪ್ಪ ಎರಡು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Red chilli powder 1 tbsp - ಕೆಂಪು ಖಾರದ ಪುಡಿ ಒಂದು ಟೇಬಲ್ ಸ್ಪೂನ್
Turmeric powder Little - ಅರಿಶಿಣದ ಪುಡಿ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪ
