Note: The angle of the camera makes it look like some of the screen is cut off but from my vantage point it works.

Wow this works perfect on my CRT!! If anyone else is trying this, please be sure to save per game and not by core. Especially if you are using a raspberry Pi like I am. I am running Batocera and using Retroarch. Thanks again, this video saved me so much trouble!! I kept getting some games that were being cut off on the top and the bottom edges, specifically Capcom fighting games. Neo-Geo games don't get cut off as they are a different aspect ratio than Capcom. I'm stoked!!! Happy Gaming everyone!!

Very helpful, just wish you'd shown us how to do it on the main emulation station menu too.

Thanks, helpful! Now is it per game these overrides ? Or is is like a core / global type setting?

I have the problem that the whole game shrinks into a little window in the top left of my screen. I’m running Emulation Station on top of the regular Raspberry Pi Os and the game appears as a little window. Weird thing is: The regular UI and game select screen doesn’t have that problem. I’m trying to play and SNES game.

Would this work on a CRT as well?
