Ive pretty much been exclusively watching you during quarantine. Your calm demeanor and kindness have really been helping my anxiety, and I really love your vlogs as an escape, and I have never been vlog person before you. I have seen a lot of comments similar to mine regarding helping people through this time, so keep doing what you’re doing; it’s not going unnoticed 🖤
Nail tech here. Take a coarse grit file and file off as much as you can. As close to filing half of the dip and acrylic off is great. (Shellac or gel polish you can just buff off the shininess) Pure Acetone with foil is the fastest and most effective way to take off product without damaging the nails. You can obviously fille it off but you risk damaging the nail bed. If you go to Chop Shops for you nails (what we call most walk-in nail salons) they usually use a hard gel topcoat. That's the hardest layer to get through. Good luck!
As a mature viewer I appreciate all of your videos. You are concise, to the point, always list items and very accurate in your descriptions. It helps us the consumer to make wise decisions about products and their cost. During this quarantine I have been doing a lot of skin care and using up products as well. I have been on a “no buy” since 9-2018 and have saved so much money. I definitely did not realize how much stuff was in my linen closet. I place the cost of each product when I finish it in my travel fund. I was able to go on 2 all paid in cash 💰 trips before the quarantine. Really worth doing. Keep up the magnificent work ethic. It is so wonderful to see someone so productive. 😎❤️💄Kathy
If you pop off the rubber top of the Nars concealer, you can easily get 10 more uses of the concealer. The rubber stopper in the concealer makes it impossible to get product off the top, sides and bottom of the tube. Once you take the rubber stopper off with a tweezer, there is so much more concealer inside
Great tip! I feel like there’s more on the walls of the tube than you have access to with the stopper on. Been doing this for years and bought less than half the concealer than I would otherwise!
Hayley Alena it’s the rubber stopper on the top of the bottle where the opening is. It stops excess product from coming out of the bottle. Google “how to remove rubber stopper on cosmetics” and you’ll be good to go!
To get glue on nails off quicker: file down the shine on the top of nails first with very coarse file, this step is crucial. Then soak in bowl of acetone. Then when nails are gooey you can use a cuticle stick to scrape off remaining residue. Keep soaking
Omg! I know that’s the best way for sure.. but for whatever reason, when I have to soak my nails off even at the salon.. there’s something about the feeling of them melting that makes me cringe! I could almost feel it when I read your comment!
Yes! I just soak cotton pads in actone, put one half of one on my nail and wrap each finger in aluminum foil. And scraping down the gel works best with a little spoon (with rather sharp edges). But as you said: filing down is crucial!
In a bowl put warm water then put acetone in a plastic baggie with a paper towel put your hand in the baggie and then put the bag in the water. You only have to soak for 3 to 4 minutes in the warm water.
I’ve watched a lot of different creators “empties” videos. However, I *love* yours most. You are the most detailed & go over more than just skincare & makeup. We have a lot of the same taste when it comes to laundry & household cleaners as well. Plus I’m a fair skinned girl with jet black hair as well 😉
I just wanna say I’ve been watching you for years and I’ve watched you grow and evolve as a woman and as a UA-camr- you are one of the most focused and devoted people I’ve ever seen. All the adversities you’ve overcome, pain you’ve pushed through, you are such an inspiration to people all over the world! Love your branding, your videos, and you as a person! Love all the way from The Bronx ❤️💋
I’ve said this before but, I respect you so much for uploading so consistently. All these other youtubers are gone all the time like omg I saw a butterfly 🦋 no video for months lol 😂
I loved watching the video Jen Luvs Reviews did about you! You deserve so much credit! Like I always say! You are probably THE MOST consistent and hardworking person (I know you don’t like the word “influencer”) in the beauty community! You are amazing!
These are my fav type of video. I think they are the most informative video there is. Even if someone doesn’t like it they usually say why they didn’t like it and it could be the reason you would like it. Best video yet! Hope you’re doing well hun!
Hey Taylor....as a licensed Cosmetologist in California, the SAFEST way to remove any artificial nails is the slow way of soaking them off in acetone. No scrapping, no pulling, no biting, etc. Any force or scraping applied to your natural nail will damage your nails and possibly your nail bed (under the part of your nail you can see), permanently. Also, any time you file the surface of your nail, you are thinning them out, which means that damaged area will grow out when that section of your nail grows out. If there are times you don’t have artificial nails on, which includes gel nails, use a nail building base coat to help strengthen your natural nails. Biotin and Keratin vitamins help with hair and nails, but you must take them every single day....no missing days. You should notice a difference in about 30 days. Good luck❣️🥰
Taylor, I have to tell you the trick you previously showed a couple weeks ago using the LM blur powder and the little velvety blue dry sponge...holy crap GAME CHANGER! I’m 50yo with dry, crepey undereyes and fine lines, and this routine is exactly what I have needed! I owe you!
Hey Tay! When your removing dip nails make sure before the acetone and foil that you use a coarse grit file to rough up the nails as much as possible and also wrap a hot towel around the nails after you’ve wrapped them in the acetone and foil! I think it definitely helps make the removal process much quicker!
NAIL TRICK!! my salon puts cotton round and acetone in a little plastic bag and puts that bag in a bowl of pretty warm water... apparently the warm water will help the acetone work faster. They make me soak for 5-10mins and then I scrub them with the cotton round. Its worked really really well. Takes dip powder off like a dream. No buffing or harsh failing on the nails
I like seeing people's empties! First, because it means that they did not waste products for fun. Second, it gives me an insight on certain products and how they perform. I agree with you on the Nars Creamy Radiant Concealer, it is an amazing concealer (I have not found a dupe for it yet). It really has a creamy texture (that a lot of other concealers only claim to have) that is easy to blend and a good coverage. Same for Neutrogena Towelettes, I have seen that they made a fragrance-free version, which is nice. I love to bring them with me when I am not at home, they remove makeup in no time. If you're looking for a good moisturizing cream for after the shower/after shaving, Cerave Moisturizing Cream (tub), Lubriderm Advanced Therapy and Lubriderm Daily Moisture Fragrance Free are the best. I have sensitive, dry skin and these creams are divine.
File the shine off, get a bowl of water as warm/hot as you can stand. Fill the bottom of two sandwich bags with acetone and throw in a chunk of cotton (ball or round). Put your hands in the bags and put the bags in the water. Fiddle with the chunk of cotton while your hands are submerged. Lifts dip powder in minutes! The heat from the water heightens the effectiveness of the acetone. Literally just did it while watching this video. I hope this works better for you 💜
Tips to get gel/dip off of nails: 1. You must buff off the top coat the way they do at that nail salon. This breaks the seal it had on the coats of polish so it can break down quicker. 2. Do the cotton balls soaked in acetone and wrapped in foil. If you soak your whole finger it ruins you skin. 3. Wrap the hand in a plastic bag. I then wrap a towel around the bag for added heat. It’s the heat that comes from the acetone that breaks down the layers of acrylic. I keep mine on for about 20 mins a hand, doing one at a time. When I pull off the plastic bag I test the first nail I did and see if all the polish can be removed. If there is a bit left over and it is malleable then you can buff it off with a file. PS I’ve had dip powder for 3+ yrs now, 5 years of gel and or gel overlay before that. I would always remove my own if I wanted my nails to “breathe”.
I adored Jen Luvs Reviews UA-cam History on you. I learned so much about your early days and how stinkin' cute were you!! You were the first person I subscribed to on YT a few years ago, I knew nothing about YT, beauty channels and gurus and found you googling a foundation I wanted a review on. I have never missed a video of yours since. Love you!! XOXO
Tips on taking your nails off!! File them down as much as your comfortable with (the more you file the easier they’ll soak off). Also put your acetone into some plastic baggies and put the bags in HOT water, close them up and let them sit in the water for like 3-5 mins then put your nails in, leave them in the water for the process. Once I started doing that it made my nails come off so much faster!!
I get a small hand towel wet and put it in a glass bowl in the microwave for like a minute until it is steaming hot. Then take a gallon size Ziploc bag and put in several cotton balls and pour a decent amount of pure acetone, set the bag (with one hand inside)on top of the hot towel and wrap the towel around. Be careful. It can be super hot. sit and use the cotton balls inside to rub acetone on dip nails until it is removed. Can take about 15 min per hand. this is what my nail salon does too. I think the heat makes a difference. You can use the same acetone for both hands. Just new cotton balls and reheat the towel. Do NOT put acetone in the microwave!
for nails buff off top layer. put hot water in a big bowl. put a papertowel in a ziploc bag with acetone and stick your hands in the bag. then place the ziploc bag in the bowl (that has the hot water). rub your nails with the paper towel and it usually comes off within 10 minutes
For gels/shellac I file the top coat off then soak a bit of cotton ball in acetone and wrap in foil. After all my nails on one hand are wrapped up, I wrap my whole hand in a damp hot towel! The heat helps, usually 10 minutes or so does the trick before pushing the gel off with a wooden cuticle stick! I wash my hands and moisturize after! Good luck!
Get an E-File off of Amazon, it's really easy to use, I even watched videos from Nail Career Education, of how to use them and how to take stuff off of your nails. Best thing ever!
Yess nails are tough! But file down as much as possible and soak and just keep repeating until you get to your nail bed. Be careful once to your nail bed. It can damage and hurt the nail bed.
For your nails, put the acetone in a plastic baggie with a paper towel. Put your hand in the baggie in the paper towel and then either put the baggie in a bowl of really warm water or use a blow dryer, should take them off in a few minutes! This works for gel, acrylic, glue, dip...
To remove your gel polish, acrylic, dip nails...Buy the acetone in the metal can in the paint section of wal mart. It's stronger than beauty grade acetone. You have to file the shine off first. If the nails are thicker I file a little more to thin them out. 5 cotton balls, break in half. Cut foil squares big enough to cover your fingers. Soak cotton balls in acetone(make sure they're wet enough, place on nail and cover with foul square. I watch a movie or something to make time go faster. If your cold, it works slower.
I saw a tiktok. Paper towels wet with acetone in a large Ziploc bag put your fingers in paper towel and place in a bowl of hot water ( not scalding) it popped her polish right off. They also sell a gel polish remover steamer on Amazon..I bought it but haven't done my nails in a while...soooo...good luck 😊
Amazon has great nail clips that you can use with foil or a cotton ball and it takes it off in like 15-20 minutes. My dip powder slid right off no filing, digging, or pulling it was fantastic!
For your nails try using 2 bowls. A larger bowl with hot water and then a smaller bowl set inside with your acetone. Use a towel and cover your hand while soaking to trap in the heat from the water. I do this with my dip powders and it dissolves fully in 20 mins
Removing gels, if once you have soaked cotton rounds in acetone and foil wrapped them you pop your nails under a hot water bottle. The heat breaks the gel down faster . Great video
You can buy a whole gallon of pure acetone from Sally’s for $15! Tips for removing gel, file the top coat off with a 100/180 grit file. Also you can put heat(hot washcloth) over your fingers after wrapping them in foil. You can file some of the color off too. I struggle getting the gel base coat completely off. For glue on nails, buy one of those tubs with acetone that you stick your finger in and twist around. Removes tips easily. Also, don’t throw away that Lysol wipe container. You can make your own using 70% isopropyl alcohol, water, and dish soap with paper towels.
For dip nails I use the baggie method. File down the top coat or shine you have put warm water in a bowl. Use a ziplock baggie with a lil bit of acetone in and a paper towel or a lil thin scrubbie brush up to you. Place your hand in the ziplock and put it in the bowl and cover with a towel and u sit there rub you nails on the towel . Check every 12 to 15 mins but I'm usually done in 20ish
Just throwing this out there...the bath and body works soap container you like you can buy the same scented soap and just pour it in the container you like best. I’ve done that before because sometimes their bottles are really nice 👍🏻
I work at a nail salon and the fastest way to get dip off is by soaking nails using acetone in a bowl (ceramic) and rubbing your nails on the bottom of the bowl and using your thumb, sounds weird but the heat from the friction speeds up it melting off. Always file the nail down first to remove shine/top coat!
30 minutes minimum for soaking gel or powder off - acrylic is even longer. Kiss has a remover kit that had holes for each finger and thumb, with little bristles to scrub against. The only other thing is to set your bowl or container of acetone down inside a larger bowl of really hot water. Somehow, it loosens it faster.
I've found that warm acetone works way faster! Take a small bowl, put some hot water in it, and then put acetone in a ziplock with a paper towel to cover your nails in the bag. the bag will just sit in the water while you soak your nails with the acetone and it works really well!
You would love the Hada Labo Hyaluronic Milky Lotion!! Very simple and straightforward ingredients and 3 different weights of hyaluronic acid. Love as my moisturizer before makeup
Girl, I can't thank you enough for the old spice lavender recommendation. I recently had a baby and have never had an issue with normal deodorants, or even no deodorants not being an issue. After baby, secret clinical ain't even cutting it. But i ran right out and bought the Old spice and it is EVERYTHING. Thank you, for all your recommendations. I never have to worry if you're on recommending because your were incentivized to do so. Having an audience that trust you says so much about your integrity ❤
The best way I know of taking nails off is always filing the majority of it down, but not too close to your actual nail bed, when you remove the top layer with a file, the pure acetone melts it fairly quick, keep removing layers as it melts. Hope this helps 💖🌞
I love that you have so many products that I have not tried before. I now have a few that I want to check out! Thank you Taylor. I love your videos and it's making this "stay home" a lot more fun.
If you are trying to get dip off and plan to just do another color, my best tip would be to do a clear “base” layer (just any clear colored dip powder) then dip new color on top of that. When removing, just file down the color until you hit the clear layer, re prep and re dip in clear to “fill” and then dip with new color! So much faster than soaking them completely off and keeps the integrity of the nail so much stronger!!
Whenever I do gel nails (myself), I use a kit and light etc., and I always use a gel strengthener as a base, but even before that, I use nail oil in the center of my nails, like the tiniest amount possible, after the alcohol wipe, just with a q-tip, and practically wipe it off... it prevents the gel from fully adhering on the center, and I use the little gel prepper stuff only around the edges. Then when I file the shine off and soak it to remove, it only has to come off around the edges, and it doesn't do any damage to the center of my nails.
Snails gloves. Or file down the clear coat as much as you can. Take a quarter of a paper towel place in a ziploc pour 100percent acetone into bag. Add a tsp of oil. Heat a bowl of water or uncooked rice. Place bag into warm bowl place hand into bowl. Every couple of mins run nails on paper towel. Should take 5-10 mins max.
You gotta file down the polish/enhancement as much as you can first, with a rough grit nail file. Then after you do the cotton and foils and acetone, put gloves on your hands or wrap in plastic wrap (to prevent acetone from leaking everywhere) and put them under a heating pad. Heat helps the acetone work quicker!
Yaaasss!!! I live for this type info. So very useful and money saving. Other channels tell you they'll give you the 411 on products, but never do. I can say that cuz I keep watching and watching and watching.....
I've been using an at home gel lamp and polish for well over a year. The eBoot Nail Cap Clips from Amazon have been super helpful! The pad that come with them are trash but just using 100% acetone and halved cotton balls work out great.
My favorite empties videos are the ones where someone shows us their empties over a year! I know it’s not practical for everyone to save their empties for that long, but I remember watching Ingrid Nilsen do one years back and ever since then I search youtube for similar videos every year! It’s so satisfying and really “proves” someone likes something when they’ve got four empty bottles after a year or so. I still love your empties and hearing your thoughts, just thought I’d share my two cents since you asked what kind of empties videos we like. 😂
To get DIP POWDER NAILS OFF, get a nail steamer, but don't use it as a steamer. Use it to keep the acetone warm and dip your nails/fingers right into it once it's warmed up. Throw a cotton ball in there too. Rub your nails against the cotton ball while keeping them submerged and they should all melt off within 10 minutes. I tried heating up rice, and various other methods. This one is the least messy IMO. I got mine on Walmart and it's got a mint colored cover. It's pretty cute and works great.
I have recently started doing my own dip nails and I have the best fastest way to remove it is getting a zip lock bag with pure acetone and a little coconut oil mix in so it doesn’t dry your skin out so much. You place your hand in the ziplock lock and then with your hand in the zip lock in a hot bowl of water. Soak for 5 min use a nail file and cuticle pusher. It makes maybe two soaks to remove everything. And it is not painful. Hope this helps!
I 100% agree. I have been doing my own dip nails for almost 3 years now, and I always put acetone in a ziplock bag that I place inside a bowl of hot water. Just make sure the water does not get inside the bag or it creates a sticky mess. Even with a glitter dip the longest it ever takes is 20 minutes!
Oh and in addition the entire time they are soaking, I rub them switching hands. This eliminates the need to use any file or scraping method to remove them for me which I believe helps create less damage to the natural nail. I also buy the gallon container of acetone from Sally Beauty!
@@tiffanykennedybeauty what brand dip system and powders do you use? I've been having bad luck with them chipping really quickly. I haven't been impressed with the brands I've tried so far. Thank you!!
Did you get this from the beauty vault? She's great. I saw this on her channel and I had been meaning to try it myself. Cool to see this method works on others!
I had the best luck getting them off by first filing them down then placing a small bowl of the acetone set on a heating pad set on low them but my hand it and cover with a towel.
For your nails, I recommend getting a cheap nail drill off of amazon. Use it to file off as much of the dip as possible while leaving a thin layer to soak off. This way you won’t overfile your nails! Then soak the rest off with 100% acetone. Probably about 10-15 minutes, then use a cuticle pusher to gently push off the soft product! This is how I do it and it works wonders for me! Hope this helps ❤️
I can get my dip off in about 10 minutes using the baggie method! I take some uncooked rice, warm it up in the microwave for about a minute and a half, get a baggie and put a paper towel or sponge in it, pour in the acetone to soak my nails. The heat from the rice helps activate the acetone and while soaking, i use the papertowel or sponge to help scrub off the dip on my nails. Its so much quicker this way!
Love your empties videos and how you always include stuff that you didn't love, but just had to power thru and finish. I literally just finished watching Estee's empties vid, and she kept talking about how she loved every product, which somehow makes me feel like I'm doing it wrong (how can she literally have zero duds in her empties??).
This is to remove dip, thick nails.Get two bowls. In one get water and warm it up in microwave, stack the other bowl on top (grab a bag and test to see if you can add 100% acetone and it wont eat thru it.) If the bag holds grab some paper towels rip em up add to bag, add generous amount of acetone in bag with scraps , put bag in top bowl and put hand inside bag and move around. Its not the best on fingers as it dries them up and wastes a lot of acetone but it works.
I bought some Lysol at dollar tree added about a cup and a half of water and poured it over unscented baby wipes and made my own works amazing or you can use a roll of shop towels and do the same thing!! Cheaper and they work great!! But save the empty Lysol wipes container and you can put the paper towels in them and dispense them from the middle just like Lysol wipes!!
File the top layer of your nails off. Fill up a bowl of hot water and put a bag in the middle with pure acetone and soak your nails. Took me 20 minutes to get my dip off! The heat from the water is crucial to getting the dip soft so quickly
Set the bowl of acetone in a bowl of hot water to warm it up when you soak off. It helps a lot but you can’t microwave or warm acetone any other way safely. Essentially a double boil situation but not over a oven
There is a miracle gel off that you paint on and it melts the gel so you can then just scrap it off. My Gel Magic Gel Remover is one of the best ones I know of. Xo
The fastest method I've found for removal of acrylic nails is the "double boiler" soak. You use 2 plastic bowls. Put really warm water in one bowl, stack the other bowl on top with acetone in it and soak. The bottom water bowl heats the top acetone bowl safely. Also, wiggling your fingers and rubbing the nails on the sides and bottom helps speed it up. Hope that made sense
Yes, the Beauty Secrets acetone is 100% acetone; it’s the brand I always buy. Try filing the surface of your nails and clip the ends before doing the foil method. This way the acetone can get in straight to the glue and start breaking it down. I also got this handy dandy nail removal tool from Marmalade Nails that I love to use to pop off loose nails.
Taylor, I started using Cerave products after watching your skincare routine video a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I tried it because you showed using it right on your whole face, including rubbing over your eyes and I thought, finally something that won't burn my eyes. Yes! Can't say enough good things about it and I also bought their moisturizing serum and eye cream. I'm sixty and had kind of let my skin go (depression, stress, life crap) but Cerave products are affordable and doing wonders to improving the appearance and feel of my skin. I really wanted to thank you for that, it's made a huge difference. :)
For nail remover get a bowl of boiling water then place another bowl with the acetone on top like a double boiler style if you know cooking it really helped me with my dip nail
With regards to getting nails off, make sure you're filing the "shine" off. Then soak one hand at a time and before it dries once you've taken your nails out, start scrapping or filing it off.
To get off the nails, use a peeling base. Simply nailogical has videos on it. When you put on a peeling base, it’s super easy to get your nails off without filing them
My nail tech has mini crock pots with acetone and those metal soft coiled sponges. So she plugs the tiny crock pot in and the acetone warms up and you can rub your nails on the sponge for faster dip removal. Takes 10-20 mins for it to come off
*taylorwynn* put acetone and papertowel in a Ziploc baggie just enough to soak nails in and have excess floating in there... Then make a big bowl of hot water. Place hand in bag of acetone, and place in hot water .. soak five minutes and it's OFF... easy peasy all off
I use a small bit a cotton ball soaked in 100 percent acetone, then wrap nail in foil and then place a pressure clamp on top! (tons on Amazon for toes or nails) I wait for 30 to 45 min then they just dissolve off! Literally they peel off it's perfect!
File the shine top coat of the gel then on amazon and I have seen them now at Walmart there is these clips that you soak cotton balls or they have little lint free squre pads in the acatone put it on thr nail then the clip and 15min later the gel polish will come write off or be softened to take the cuticle pusher to get it off.
If you haven't tried Lume yet, you might like it. I've been using it for two months now & it's amazing!! They don't have a great scent range so I just go with unscented & it works great. Also, I love the new video title!
Hi Taylor!!! First off, I love you!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Second, I have been using Revel dip powders for around 2 years now. My soak off method works pretty great and it takes about 12-15 minutes!! I take 2 ziploc baggies(1 for each hand) and put some cotton balls at the bottom of each baggie and then cover the bottom with pure acetone. You want to make sure you not only cover the cotton, but make sure about an inch of the bottom is full of acetone. Then I get a bowl of hot water ( the hotter the better). I stick my hands in the baggies and place them in the hot water. I also rub my nails across the cotton balls while I am soaking them to help speed the process. Don’t overfill the bowl of water, just use enough to cover your fingers while in the baggies! I hope this isn’t too confusing but I promise it’s awesome!!!
Laughed so much at the waterless razor. I took that exact razor with me to Mexico on my honeymoon and I felt like I was using it wrong or something because it was horrible!! I was like wtf... I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought it was trash. 🗑
I use a file to take off the top layer then warm up some water in a bowl. Add cottonballs and acetone to the water. If you can cover your hand and the bowl with a towel. Move your nails over the cottonballs to 'scratch' off the gel/dip polish. Works in 10-15 min.
Heat on your nails! When I get my nails done at the salon even if I’m not getting a manicure they will soak my nails in the foil and acetone in a baggy and then put my nails in the heating pad sleeve things. I think the heat helps break it down easier. Also go to your local hardware store and get a big thing of acetone near the paints and it will last you forever! I just refill my old nail polish remover jar! :)
I agree with this! I usually get acrylics but I have been doing glue ons during quarantine. Acrylics take me about 1.5 hours to get off and glue ons take about 30 minutes with this method. I also start by filing the shiny layer off the tops of my glue on nails and then take them out of the acetone every 5-10 minutes to wipe off the sticky layer/file off the sticky layer.
Yes use heat! If no heating pad, I microwave/heat one bowl of water and then have one hand in a zip lock of acetone and hold that in the hot water. Heat helps break down the gel or acrylic faster
Make sure you scuff your dip with a really gritty file first. This usually works with gel too. The top layer is the hardest to get through so if you scruff it up with a gritty nail file it’ll soak off must faster!
Try soaking strips of white craft store felt, placing them against your nails and wrapping foil tightly around the tip of each finger. Felt works so much better than cotton. Be sure to saturate it.
I love the “talking trash” in the thumbnail... def a good name for this series 😁
Yes!!! I do this all the time! Also cut in half hair product bottles to get the last 5-10 uses out of them
Wait what’s the rubber top??
I second this!!
Slide disposable flosser between the nail and polish layer and they will pop off. Any residue left can be filed down.
In a bowl put warm water then put acetone in a plastic baggie with a paper towel put your hand in the baggie and then put the bag in the water. You only have to soak for 3 to 4 minutes in the warm water.
I wish it were possible to do empties videos every day. They’re absolutely my favorite 😂
Why doesnt everyone open up the packaging to use up everything? I always have 4 or 5 more uses when I open them up.. so much waste
These are my fav type of video. I think they are the most informative video there is. Even if someone doesn’t like it they usually say why they didn’t like it and it could be the reason you would like it. Best video yet! Hope you’re doing well hun!
Using the floss trick for nails has been a game changer for me!! It hasn’t damaged my nails at all and it’s super easy and painless.
I am loving your filming background. It’s very cozy modern home feel.
“What even is time right now anyways” so true
After such a longggg day this is just what I needed. Always love these because you’ve had time to really form an option. Thank you💛🌯
File the shine off, get a bowl of water as warm/hot as you can stand. I hope this works better for you 💜
Loved the video that Jen luvs reviews did about you. Really showed how awesome you are as a person and why people love you. Keep being you!
Tips to get gel/dip off of nails:
Love you!! XOXO
This is my story, too!!
Same here!
I truly love empties videos and so many people stopped doing them. But we get to see what worked/didn't work and why.
I use a floss pick to pry my press ons or dip nails off. So easy and pretty painless, not to mention super quick!
Thanks. It’s good to know what works and what doesn’t.
Haven't seen you in years... I'm the missing one. Love these videos- you're right you hear/see from start to finish.
Love that you mention other things not just beauty products. If it’s good it’s good 👍
You have to file the top coat/shine off. UA-cam the Baggie method for dip removal! Works in 5-10 minutes.
The new gain aroma burst is awesome, I'm obsessed with anything gain. And the aroma burst is just beyond!
These are the best types of videos! Like you say, it actually let's us know what is worth it and what's not🙌🏼
Yaaasss!!! I live for this type info. So very useful and money saving. Other channels tell you they'll give you the 411 on products, but never do. I can say that cuz I keep watching and watching and watching.....
I have no idea how you use up so many products. You go, girl. I use products daily and never seem to run out. Been on the same cleanser for 6 months 😅
DAWN DISH SOAP... for taking off the glue on nails. The Red Aspen brand glue on nails has you soak in a thick soap/water mixture of dawn dish soap.
I've been using an at home gel lamp and polish for well over a year. The eBoot Nail Cap Clips from Amazon have been super helpful! The pad that come with them are trash but just using 100% acetone and halved cotton balls work out great.
Yes! Love old spice for deodorant! Always use it and works way longer than other brands!
Your honesty is so refreshing!!
Yes! Warming the acetone helps it work faster. Love this tip!
Tarte now makes a setting spray w the same bottle/sprayer as the morphe. It's pretty new comes in a white and purple bottle
The old spice wilderness scent is also the EXACT same scent as the Olay lavender and birch water body wash!
I love your filming backdrop, and the effort you put into this video; great job Taylor.
Xo
I love when you share 'youtubers worries', like technical issues/personnal life with this job/choices you had to make..
I love these videos you make because you are so thorough and honest. Thank you!
Heating up the acetone a bit before using it seems to help a lot.
I was reading your comment right when she started talking about it 😂
I got a pack of those at TJ Maxx, and realized they were only like $2 bc they stunk!! Lol
Yes I was going to say use foils over a cotton ball soaked in acetone
