@@Rispta7th she was married to a soccer player named Matthew Smith, but they got divorced in 2015.She was engaged to a singer & song writer named Teddy Geiger, but they called it off in the summer of 2019
My favorite character. Sometimes shy, vulnerable, then she makes fun of David, embarrasses him with no mercy, a really complex character, extremely well acted by Emily Hampshire. They must have really seen the talent in what she could bring to the character, Stevie.
According to Dan Levy. Emily and a close friend of his were the gunning for that role, but he said there was a darkness to Emily that made him choose her
Emily Hampshire is an amazing actress. Her caberet performance was off the charts good. She is this generation's Canadian export that America loves. She's funny, she's smart, she's pretty, and she has a bright future in show biz.
Im hoping we see her in more things for sure. And Noah Reid.... he was the best actor out of all of them I think. He played Patrick with such sincerity and emotion and was so believable with his lines. Out of the whole cast Emily and Noah were the best for sure.
Thank you very much! You have no idea how much I needed that Stevie collection today. Who knew that her dry wit and excellent use of sarcasm would be the tonic to chase away my blues! Keep up the good work.
An emotional Rose is hard to watch. An emotional Stevie is heartbreaking. Emily Hampshire is a gale of raw genuine emotion every time she is on-screen.
💯 she draws you in… and draws you in… and you laugh with her because she's hilarious and perfectly deadpan and she keeps drawing you in… and then *she breaks your heart* with her utterly authentic vulnerability Stevie Budd / Emily Hampshire is the cherry on top of the Schitt Sundae! This show is delicious - casting, script, direction, acting, editing, lighting, costumes - SO GOOD.
I'm surprised the Cabaret performance scene, the heart to heart with David on the hood of the car, and the Rosebud Motel name unveiling weren't included in this
Great show, Great cast, I was lured in by Levy and O'Hara Second City. E Hampshire developed into my favorite with her dry humor, grunge attire, naturally attractive looks with little make up. I got hooked on the show when she asked David to go turkey hunting, he reluctantly agreed, she then said she was only kidding. The creators goofed by not inviting Neil Young to do cameo as Stevie's dad.
Did anyone else feel like Stevie & David started off really close in earlier seasons but then David starts to ignore her a lot later, especially after he meets Patrick....Keep in mind I’ve still got a few more episodes of the final season left to watch. It just makes me sad when his character walks into the same room as her and hardly acknowledges that she’s there
Omg yes! Tbh she's my favorite character and identity a lot with her and I was actually quite disappointed with 3rd and 4th season because I was grieving their relationship - I loved to see them together but in the middle seasons she mostly had scenes with Johnny :( so I was super excited when there were a few David & Stevie episodes later. I really wish he'd appreciate her more! Like I love their dynamics, this love/hate relationship but it's sad to me that there not enough moments like the Cabaret performance where he looked so proud of her 💔
Yeah I felt that too. They made up for it in the final season though and we see Stevie a lot in the Apothecary too. And I really appreciate the relationship that grows between Stevie and Johnny.
I don't remember that very last scene. Stevie in the first 2 seasons was quite different from Stevie in season 3-6. I guess it just shows how much she loved being around the Rose family
Emily Hampshire / Stevie Budd is so cute. 💙 I'm a metropolitan city boy, but she's like the cute girl I would have a crush on ... if I lived in a smaller town or rural area.
Nah, if you pay attention and you’re genuinely a fan of the show you know the genius and brilliance that is Stevie. Thank you Dan Levy for creating her and the entire show and Emily Hampshire for so perfectly bringing Stevie to life.
She has a sarcastic or dry sense of humor, so this is why she is not loud. She doesn't have to be loud and all over the place to be interesting. I mean, you're entitled to your opinion, but there are people like this, it's not as weird as you make it out to be. I know this because I am like this, and I take offense to the way you expressed your opinions as if being whispery or soft spoken or dry is somehow wrong.
I agree! I just find her sense of sarcasm too excessive and I don’t find it funny. Character most of the time > 😐. No hate to actress, Emily has played the character of stevie the way they wanted, however I didn’t like the character itself. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that. I’m just sharing my thoughts.. nonetheless, I love the show overall though 🤍
This show has introduced me to the brilliance that is Ms. Emily Hampshire.
For me,it was her as Jennifer Goines in 12 Monkeys
Ms Emily??? So shes not married? One can dream lol
@@Rispta7th she was married to a soccer player named Matthew Smith, but they got divorced in 2015.She was engaged to a singer & song writer named Teddy Geiger, but they called it off in the summer of 2019
@@TeamForwoodwell damn , like i said , one can dream lmao . But tbh shes atractive AF , must be a combo of her looks and attitude
@@TeamForwood so what you're saying is..........i got a chance then?
Stevie Budd is the most under acknowledged character of the cast. Everybody knows a Stevie Budd.😁
She's the one sane person surrounded by crazy people.
My gf literally called me Stevie for a week before she let me in on the joke and introduced me to Schitts Creek
And those are my favorite types of people
my friends all say i’m like her, and guess what, my name is Stevie! LOL
My favorite character. Sometimes shy, vulnerable, then she makes fun of David, embarrasses him with no mercy, a really complex character, extremely well acted by Emily Hampshire. They must have really seen the talent in what she could bring to the character, Stevie.

Hope so. She saves the show whenever she shows up.
Wouldn’t Dan levy technically be ‘this generation’s Canadian export that America loves’?
That solo was amazing!
Im hoping we see her in more things for sure. And Noah Reid.... he was the best actor out of all of them I think. He played Patrick with such sincerity and emotion and was so believable with his lines. Out of the whole cast Emily and Noah were the best for sure.
I’ve only seen her in 12 Monkeys, in which she was phenomenal.
I fricking love Stevie
The makeup scene with Johny Rose, :Right after work I can do a quick shift at Bazongas gentlemen's lounge." that scene kills me.
3:00 The "eee" from David as he's being dragged down the bed always gets me 😂😂😂
#adorablypathetic
Thank you very much! You have no idea how much I needed that Stevie collection today. Who knew that her dry wit and excellent use of sarcasm would be the tonic to chase away my blues! Keep up the good work.
And presented with perfect Stevie curtness, well done AGAIN!

She had me hooked from. The start . Couldn't get enough of her . I often stopped and re-watched her delivery . A real artist!!
Wallet full of debt!!! Love everyone Schitt's Creek. Love your work Jessica!!
I took a personality quiz, and she was my #1 character match! I’ve never seen this show, so I’m gonna go binge it now-
Same here
"But I have my sister's communion this weekend!" I am in love with that line delivery!
Emily Hampshire is absolutely wonderful in everything I’ve seen her in ♥️so great!!

I love every single scene she is in! She's brilliant.

Hahaha I love her. She reminds of the Daria Morgandorffer in this show.
You're right.
Stevie was my favourite character, I need friends like her 🙂🙂🙂
I have such a crush on her
Cute as a button, her deadpan one liners are hilarious. She would kill with a show of her own in a US sitcom
Beautiful is an understatement
She should of won an award! That song was perfect for her! She nailed it. 🎩👠🎤🎶
Jessica you did it again! Great editing job! I love all your SC videos!
This is what good editing looks like. Also, I want to marry Stevie 💪💛
I love how Stevie oozes sarcasm.
Stevie is one of my favorite characters

I love Stevie sm!!!
I love these compilation videos!!!!💕
Oh how l have missed Mielke Magic. Thank you it brought a smile to my dial
I can't look at her and not think she's the lovechild of Holly Marie Combs and Kate Mara the entire time 😂
Omg. This. Thank you. I was trying to figure it out!!
I thought she was Kate Mara until I researched it.
Stevie is played by Starr from 6teen
Misery from Ruby Gloom
I don't remember that very last scene. Stevie in the first 2 seasons was quite different from Stevie in season 3-6. I guess it just shows how much she loved being around the Rose family
I have rewatched this series TWICE since Mar 15.
I fucking love Stevie sm!! Emily hampshire is so talented and so underrated!!
Im in love with this character
I love her
I love Stevie ❤️
I'm in love with Stevie
Love stevies personality the exact one I want in my soul mate sarcastic and humble and funny- a wallet full of debt🤣
🤣🤣🤣 that last bit!!🤣🤣🤣
I love Stevie Budd, there,I said it.
She is really beautiful absolutely attractive and pretty I adore her 😘😘😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥🔥
love her character.... xoxo
Honestly, she might be my favorite character! 😂
Love,Love,Love Stevie!!!!!!!
My favorite
Did nobody think of Tatiana Maslany after seeing Emily Hampshire?
I mean not really only when she plays Sarah Manning.
Just imagine Jennifer Goines and Helena Black in one room. I really need to see this
I just love her sm 😍😍 i just wish she had more screen time tbh.. but i know Emily was filming 12 monkeys at the sametime.
Stevie is HOT.
stevie budd needs to star in a spinoff of shits creek
1:46 i've seen this clip on facebook somewhere, I know I have.
I really like her
3:53 best part. is there a full video?
what about the artist formerly known as "primary"?
Fun to watch but edits are too quick to get the context of the scene. But always a great job.
I never understood Stevie’s character lol.
She’s dry, she’s sarcastic, she’s truthful, she’s helpful, but she’s a little TURD. 🤣
I forgot what life was like before I knew you.
What season and episode is 3:02? Lol. I think I missed that part.
She stole the show no doubt
Need a Stevie spin off.
Totally. Love her so much
If I'm drunk and close my eyes halfway, I'd think Michael Jackson came back to life
Hold on, so the Roses gave Stevie a small allowance to hang out with David?
So now she has all these non-Canadians going "Rummoli?"
Emily Hampshire / Stevie Budd is so cute.
💙
I'm a metropolitan city boy, but she's like the cute girl I would have a crush on ... if I lived in a smaller town or rural area.
What episode is the makeup scene from?
She's not acting. She's born August 29th. My favorite birthday.
Please marry me.
I love this!! What's the last clip from?
Season 5 Episode 7, A Whisper of Desire
It’s from one of the behind the scenes videos from the schitt’s creek UA-cam channel
wait when does that wig scene happen?
This the shorty from ruby gloom 👀
she’s so me-core
Which episode has her dragging David off the bed?
fake honeymoon post David finding out about Patrick's fiance
The Wooord of The Witness.
Whatever happened to the chest David "built?"
3:08 PERFECTION 😂😂😂
WTF was that last one?
She’s not my mother 😭😭😭
Stevie really couldn't act. Her crying was like an alien trying to cry for the first time. She's like the Zuckerberg lizard
Don’t know why she delivered her dialogues half whispering. My least favourite character on the show,
Nah, if you pay attention and you’re genuinely a fan of the show you know the genius and brilliance that is Stevie. Thank you Dan Levy for creating her and the entire show and Emily Hampshire for so perfectly bringing Stevie to life.
You what? She's totally the reason i watch this show.
Her delivery cracks me up
