I am sorry there are a few more ads on here than I like. I set this up at 6am and got caught in the fields and didn’t realize I can’t edit that function from my phone. I love you all
Nice! I struggle to get 1000 bales put up in a day but im also by myself. If you're going to out up a lot of hay, it's impossible to do it by yourself. No matter what equipment you have.
Great video! We had a wheel come off a brand new 1840 on the road 2 seasons ago 🤯 Waiting to see videos of the dryers in action. Getting small rains every 48-72 hours again this year in eastern Canada……thinking about a dryer.
I had a near side rear wheel come off the pickup truck the day after it had been in the garage, it was on the road, i never felt a thing either beforehand, all was good after we ,managed to find the wheel which bounced over a hedge in to a farmers field😊.
Always good to see Carl. I guess I am getting soft in my old age, but when I saw Carl and your Dad in open station tractors, I thought, why aren't they in cab tractors.
Nice... keeping an eye open for your building videos, btw. I knoe it's bailing season tho. Just curious to see that big ask building being built ... 😉😁 keep up the good work ya'll.
Hey man! You have my dream work. How old where you when you began with the hay production? I have started my little business 2years ago with 18 years and now i bale for other People Most of the time with my little welger baler. But i want to make my own hay with our 12 acress of land:) how have you managed ist with selling so much hay in the last years? Thanks and have a nice day sir:))
Just curious what your herbicide program is is on your orchard grass, Timothy and alfalfa. I struggle with small foxtail type grass after my first cutting. Also some weeds. Thanks.
@@FarmingInsider yep in the middle of baling too , wasn't doing my field at home , up the road in Belleville Ohio. , John Deere what 318 $ for the rim found it somewhere else cheeper
We don’t really have a set number. Just when good deals come along. Like this year we paid the dealer a chunk to just go through all of them instead of replace. New equipment is getting outrageous
@@FarmingInsider No to get political...but this is a great example of a program that benefits us by filling jobs that Americans won't do. Do you partake in this every year?

Ads? I forgot the ads existed i have youtube premium
Same here 😂
Great to see the latest in agriculture technology. More real-world examples would be awesome.
Great video! Always enjoy watching all the balers running!
It was a good day!

Impressive choreography by everyone. A fun video to watch and kudos to everyone for all their hard work!
Thank you for the support!
Always happy to see one of your videos pop up! Enjoy your videos very much
Thank you very much!
Lots of moving parts you got there. Takes an army to keep the ball rolling. You guys make it look easy.
The video’s don’t show the worst of it haha

I’m filming a dryer video today!

It’s honestly their choice. They are old school and like it. Trust me, they could have any tractor they want

Great video that was a lot of hay. Thank you for the video
Thank you for watching!
Ah, there's my buddy CARL, THE MAN.
He’s an absolute unit on these big days

Videos are coming! Although it’s yet to be built haha we are still waiting on the builders
I really enjoy your videos sir
Thank you!

Would you consider the swing max from marcrest? So you have less baler operators and more people helping clearing bales?
We’d love to try it. Price is a little bit of a hang up
Impressive. You’all have a nice organization. How and when did your family get the farm/business started?
Just curious what your herbicide program is is on your orchard grass, Timothy and alfalfa. I struggle with small foxtail type grass after my first cutting. Also some weeds. Thanks.
We don’t have much of an herbicide program on mixes. Occasionally 2-4db. We hit grasses with 2-4d
Thanks, that’s what I use. Thought you might have something better.
Have you considered the Marcrest 210 Baler? It would be at a higher production level than either 1840 or 1842.
We have ran it and get to run it a little more shortly. It’s definitely higher production
@@FarmingInsider Will you give us full review on the 210?
How many acres?
I had my round baler rim come off and I had to get a new rim and wheel bolt I, I had 300 $ in that
Man, that just stinks.

Good video. How many bales do you run thru the small square balers before trading them?

Are you happy with the Silo King preservative.
The cut on that field looks incredibly even. What do you mow with?
We use John Deere w260rs
Do you guys still custom forage harvest for people?
Great job. What is "H2A"?
H2A is temporary agricultural workers from other countries

Nope wheels are generally loose had a wheel fall off a one season old new Holland 7050 it's just bad dealers
Lots of hours on these too
@@FarmingInsider mine had about 20k bales on it
