No this is a non issue. First of all the word convent school is wrong because not all English medium schools in India run by the whites are "convent". Covent refers to Christian Nunn run schools and these are few. Most of them are run by Anglo-Indians or Indian Christians. The second thing to consider is that children educated in these schools do not automatically become Christians because they often come from well educated and able Indian families who are resistant to conversion. The conversion takes place in villages and at the tribal level.
Solution no 1: Ban pseudo secularism and punish those who work against the community. 2. Counter radicalized and take strong measures to protect yourself. 3. Disarm and scrutinize constantly the vicious elements.

Basically....the only way to better the demography is reconversion. Our ancestors separated journey to 4 pillar Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. The Sanatana Dharma is about living beneficial to the Society and environment. This person need not have to be spiritually aware also. This distinction should be made by the Peetathipathis and Sadhus etc. they have to work to convert the population back to the Indian way of dharmic living providing way to assimilate them back to the Indian way of living. Moksha could have multiple Darshana such as Advaitha, vishistadvaita etc but when it comes to following dharma, all should follow the balanced living. If the Seers of today practice and preach as well as give way for people based on the merit to move in any varna by organising the principles such as Gothra effective to present situations, this issue might be solved over few decades. also as the person speak the treatment of every being should be with basic respect. This should not be diluted. For this from childhood, Gurukula vassam is better option. The Seers should focus to develop such institutions As told by the person, the Hindu society is very much selfish in its attitude. the set of leaders leading them do not have holistic view of any thing and they take care of their personal interest at the cost of their own society. ....it is possible.....but need hardworking and convergence of minds
Dharmic living is nothing but Varnashrama dharma. this needs to be also redefined. Already a person from a so called brahmin family is getting to do medicine, engineering etc which belong to the 4th class. Basically when upper class are fighting the reservation, in a way they want to basically adopt to 4th class of yester years. So free flowing of people should be allowed redefining the way the society will be defined. Hindu boys and girls should be ready to marry at young age to have at least 2 - 3 children like generation in 1950 s - 1060 s. But younger generation especially girls wait till they get proposals from boys who are well settled, have a car, 2 BHK Flat or a Bunglow. By that time one or both cross age of 35, therefore a single child is preferred. Result is Hindu population is on decline and will loose relevance in few decades in democracy.

This distinction should be made by the Peetathipathis and Sadhus etc. they have to work to convert the population back to the Indian way of dharmic living providing way to assimilate them back to the Indian way of living.
Moksha could have multiple Darshana such as Advaitha, vishistadvaita etc but when it comes to following dharma, all should follow the balanced living. If the Seers of today practice and preach as well as give way for people based on the merit to move in any varna by organising the principles such as Gothra effective to present situations, this issue might be solved over few decades.

So free flowing of people should be allowed redefining the way the society will be defined.

Arya Samaj has the clarity to put up a robust front to the adharmis. Hindu boys and girls should be ready to marry at young age to have at least 2 - 3 children like generation in 1950 s - 1060 s.
But younger generation especially girls wait till they get proposals from boys who are well settled, have a car, 2 BHK Flat or a Bunglow.
By that time one or both cross age of 35, therefore a single child is preferred.
Result is Hindu population is on decline and will loose relevance in few decades in democracy.
