As stated above, Joe Fletcher does not play as physically as other world class defenders. He has the feet to match just about anyone. (However his knee injury affected his change of direction vs Curtis Dickson in the Summer of 2018.) His v-hold bug allows physical attackmen to post him up and then roll to the opposite side. However, don't let that distract you from the fact that he excels in disrupting passing lanes, excels in ground balls, and has great feet!
I understand, but Joe is still one of the best poles in the world. He has great feet and a great stick. However, he is not very physical, which makes more physical attackmen a tougher matchup for him.

I never got how Fletcher was considered the best defender in college for any time. Think he has bad form and relies on v-holds at ill-advised times
