I want to thank you for creating this video, I was actually able to meet with Kristin Cherry Jackson and she is absolutely phenomenal and the most kind hearted person.
Is there still a $5000 fee to apply to sell fine jewelry (silver, gold etc). I am getting conflicting information from the seller's central site and help. The site says there is a fee but doesn't tell how much and the support says there is no fee at all.
I'm confused about silver. I thought Amazon only considers silver mixed with platinum or silver mixed with gold to be fine jewelry. While rhodium plated silver is fashion jewelry.
Fine jewelry is anything not costume jewelry, things that are made out of brass and what not. Silver 925 is a precious metal as well as sterling silver. You will see more rhodium plated gold. The silver mixed with platinum is 90% pure silver with 10% platinum
I don't know if I can get an answer at this point but I have a Question for Kristin: How many SKUs would you recommend a new seller in 'Fashion Jewelry' to launch? From the conversation it seems like until we have many SKUs under our brand, it's hard to succeed in Fashion Jewelry Niche on Amazon? Is that true? For example: If I launch 1 SKU of Earring or may be 2 variations(White/Yellow Gold) of same earring, can I still do well selling those?
Hi there! Nope, if jewelry doesn't contain gold, platinum, diamonds, cultured/natural pearls or fine gemstones, there's no need to apply for permission to sell it.

What about reviews under parents in 2023? Amazon change the rules about showing reviews for a parent listing into the seperate child with the actual reviews added earlier. Anyone know?
Amazon's policy regarding reviews under parent listings was that reviews for child products were aggregated under the parent product. This means that when a customer leaves a review for a child product, that review would be displayed under the parent product along with any other reviews for other child products listed under the same parent.
Some advice, spend less time speaking about self and more about the subject, this was an interesting subject but your guest spent most of her time talking about optimizing versus jewelry setup and sales on AMZ.

I meant 14-18K White/Yellow Gold "plated" on a non-precious base metal which I know is allowed under 'Fashion Jewelry'
High sku count is advisable because each sku has a low velocity
