***** Skt won the s3 and the all star. The lost against Najin W shield and SSW by a 3-1. Royal almost fail reaching worlds, and they ended 5-1. There's nothing that cannot happen in worlds. (except Kabum winning a match)

i saw peke before this game as a veteran that got out scaled and fell behind with time and new players , this game really proved me wrong , he still a fantastic mid laner that can and will , given the chance , carry games
Three things I noticed in this game:
1. xPeke REALLY showed up this game, I'm really excited and happy for him!
2. Loved the SSB sketch at the beginning, so funny (Dade walk, and trips haha)!
3. Krepo is like, so naturally a commentator/analyst he's just like bring up the next video please xD
Good job FNC and this group is getting really interesting!

I would hate to be that guy as I'm also a big fan of Fnatic but I'm convinced this is a throw.
I have a feeling the Samsung company made Blue throw the game to play with the seedings of the quarter finals. This is a very common issue back in the OGN as companies are allowed to have multiple groups in the competition.
Here are a couple of things I've noticed:
1. Heart is known as one of the best supports next to Mata, I don't believe he would allow Deft to get caught by skillshots like that without even trying to use his Mikaels.
2. Dade is one of the most passionate players in Korea and has a lot to prove in the international scene, he had a 17-2 alltime record on Zed yet when they lost, he camera shows him almost completely nonchalant and indifferent about the result of the game.
3. Deft is known as the best skillshot dodger in the world and also the best ADC.
4. When Deft was crying, his coach was comforting him with a smile on his face- something unheard of amongst Korean coaches, they normally punish their players for performing bad.
Now, you may argue: "Why was Deft crying if they plotted the lose?"
Rekkles and Deft are known to be great friends. They exchanged jackets in singapore and even used each others usernames in their respective servers. I would feel the same way too if I had to humiliate myself in front of someone I respect a lot.
Why Fnatic tho? It pains me to say this but at the moment, I think Fnatic is the weakest team in their group and if my theory is correct, they shouldn't pose a threat in any of the matches to come against SSB.
I mean did you see how they beat up LMQ? Yah.

But now i have a question: if it really was a throw on purpose, why the hell do they want to play against NWS, which looks imo stronger right now?

Conspiracy theories, just what you'd expect from a butthurt fan to justify a loss.
It's just ONE game, anybody can have a bad day/bad game.
If fanatic were to play SSB around 20 times, Fanatic would probably lose about 15 times and possibly win 5 games. But the fact would remain, they'd still WIN. The skill gap isn't as huge between the top 4 regions anymore (KR > NA/EU/China > Taiwan)
Koreans are even losing in scrims. Before, they would straight up win nearly every single one, now they are losing more than they have in the past (stated in this video).
Please, I'd love to hear your hypothesis why Ozone couldn't even qualify past group stages last year.
i can't believe that this was on purpose, why should SSB go the harder way and face off against NWS? it would be easier for them to play against C9/Alliance
also most of the people that say this now are salty NA People because NA still can't beat korea and gets humiliated by them (SSB vs. LMQ was the biggest stomp so far at Worlds this year)
xPeke's great skill shots and YellorStar's ward control pretty much won this game. Rekkles's Lucian is amazing, no mistakes was committed. Btw, Dade is such a big risk taker, those crazy plays....

I used to hate Fnatic mostly because they where a Mid player oriented team (I really like teamfighting oriented teams) but they showed us on this match that they have reached a maturity as a team. They are really pleasant to watch.

Yeah...I think that's gotta be one of the reasons why korean teams are so good. They throw the whole "it's just a game" mentality out the window entirely. They take every loss, every little mistake as a personal mark on their honor.
Oh Blue gets exposed for being over rated 2 years in a row? Dade gets shit on 2 years in a row? Deft isnt as good as everyone thought? Oh what a surprise.

As a huge Fnatic fan that game was just tense, like a world cup final or something. Only time I've felt like that in a League pro game :p

I hate how no matter how a game is going, the casters favor the Korean teams, rather than casting in an objective way. The non-Korean team almost has to be assured of victory before they start giving them the upper hand or credit for how the game is going. For example, in the game at 24 minutes, Fnatic is up in gold, but down in kills, but the casters speak about how patient and controlled the Korean team is. If the situation were reversed, certainly they would talk about how well the Korean team was focusing on towers, etc. Even when the Fnatic wins, it seems much more about the Koreans failing to live up to their potential than Fnatic actually being the better team.

SSB is known to have off-games.
In the BO5s for OGN, if i recall correctly white/ozone always used to lead the BO5s until they let dade get yasuo.
Every time blue wins by a convincing margin, it's when dade has yasuo.
That is partially why monte, alongside the rest of the korean league community, believe SSW is the real #1 seed.

I think SSB is tanking because they want to end up second in the group. That way they won't face SSW in the semis.

I actually think they lost on purpose. Some of their mistakes looked like they were just playing. Zeds plays and ults were just so stupid and silly, that it looked like he did not care and that they were throwing on purpose. Ive seen SSB play many times before and I have to say that they were not trying in this game. I think they are trying to mess with other teams heads because now people think they will be easier to beat, or wont ban certain champs because they did not do that well on them. Smart play from the koreans.

Although I feel SSB may have intended to lose, they were solidly outplayed in several cases, with FNC showing some of the rotations and map control that they needed to.
Also the sense of honor makes me think the players would refuse to throw a game, even if their coaches wanted them too. We will likely see during the rematch on monday for sure

Everyone saying that SSB colluded. This wasn't collusion, it's the thoughts of the general public believing that SSB will be as good or better than SSW. Fanatic has plenty of world championship experience, and has always been a team to perform at a very high level of play in pressured situations. This game was 60/40 chance of winning in favor of blue and fanatic managed to scrap their way to victory.

for all guys who insist SSB lost on purpose, ssb didnt lost on purpose. anyone who has watched korean leauge would know that. this is SSB's own style. they originally not that great in lane fight. their strength is in team fights so that they reverse every unfavorable situation mysteriously, and that is why SSW and many other teams lose to SSB eventhough SSW has perfect game style. because their team fight is unpredictable even with SSW's judge. But this match, Fnatic totally did a good job on a full team fights even after win lane fights. what SSB overlooked was Fnatic is the team who has strength and confidence in slugfest. they have in common with SSB style, thats why they had good effect in team fights. if you watched SSB vs LMQ, you would recognize. they are just mysteriously great at team fights and operation. not lane fights.

If you look at the games of Fnatic and Alliance at this worlds, they had some really good games but also some bad games. They need more coaching staff to improve their teamplay and consistency. I think the EU team could have done a lot better if they had done this earlier. In the first 3 worlds there was always at least 1 EU team in the semifinals but here all of them got eliminated early. I am hopeful for the next worlds however, the talent is still there, and now they do have coaches. I'm psyched for worlds 2015 already :). It's in europe so hopefully I can go to some games :).

If ever SSB wants to purposely lose to secure the 2nd place, it would be on Fnatic or LMQ..Fnatic has a reputation of beating a Samsung team..LMQ ranks 1 (before the SSB win over LMQ) in the group..they want to do this at the late stage of the group stage. BUT, to lose this early is unexpected, you can tell by looking at Deft. If they win this one, they will purposely throw at LMQ. Since, they unexpectedly lose to FNC, they have no choice but to wreck LMQ..

i feel like the j4/lulu combo didnt work out as expected, multiple times the lulu-ult kicked members of fnatic out of the cataclism but fnatic played alot better in this game than the last on vs lmq, i feel like the xerath pick wasnt what fits peke the most. he got picked several times and his ults wernt on point, probably he just had a bad day :-)
