Jonny’s (guitar) playing is actually rather sparse throughout the song, limited mostly to just some atmospheric flourishes and the monstrous solo (of course). He spends more time on the keyboard on this song (primarily during the third section) than on the guitar. People often attribute Ed’s parts to Jonny, which kind of sucks since it’s Ed doing most of the heavy lifting on the song when it comes to the electric guitar tracks.
What's the second chord you're playing on that chord progression from 2:32 to 2:42? Everywhere I look says Ab Major but what you're playing sounds different and more accurate.
