- My son was born at 28 weeks. We had a very hard time. Thank goodness he was strong enough to make it through. When you’re in the NICU, it’s a rollercoaster of emotions and problems. Every day there is a different problem to solve. Sometimes you forget that you are forming a new family. The staff here makes sure that you get to enjoy the little things. Watch your baby for the first time, giving him a bath, all the things that you should enjoy when you have a baby. They make sure you get that when you’re in the hospital. We are super grateful of all the team here and what they did for us. Mateo is almost four. He’s a great kid. A little bit spoiled. We enjoy him very much.
That is one big baby tho, for being a preme, he is bigger that what I was expecting. I'm 28 weeks now and wanted to see what my baby looks like right now. I hope my son is that big right now. Good job mom and dad. U have a beautiful family

That might have been several weeks later. He likely would have stayed 6 to 8 weeks at the hospital. That’s one guess

This is terrifying. I'm 28 weeks pregnant and although he kicks hard and feels strong, I know he'd struggle being born now. I'm so happy you're all alright now 💛

I too am 28 weeks and 2 days pregnant with my first baby. I am so thankful to God for the little miracle, the precious little bundle of joy whose heart is beating inside my body right now. God bless all of us with safe delivery and a healthy pregnancy. I am so happy that your child was born safe and sound at 28 weeks. When God wants to save a life, none can take it away! Being pregnant at the age of 39 in my second marriage (no issue from the first one) my baby and I had to face various tests which was so scary but I kept on praying and God has been so very very kind to us. God bless all!

Story of my birth,
My mum found out she was pregnant is 2007, she wanted me to be a girl so bad, then she found out my gender I was a girl, at 22 weeks something was wrong, they noticed an irregular heartbeat with me so they needed to get me out, so born at 22 weeks I didn't cry or anything, they put me strait in an incubater and waited for me to grow, I was very sick, they didn't know if I would spend my first Christmas at home or in hospital, the day had come, 23rd of December 2008 I was allowed home after 7 months in hospital I was born 17th of June 2008 I was supposed to be born in 2009 in January and be in 5th grade but now I'm in 6th grade because I was born so early, just shows that anyone can be born early with severe problems god blesses you,

Our baby is currently in the NICU. He was also born at 28 weeks. It's been a roller coaster ride to say the least.
How is ur baby doin now ?? My baby of 28 weeks is in NICU now. Today's weight is 1.25 kg

Imagine how much hair he would have had if he was born at 40 weeks? That’s a solid head of hair for a 28 week old.
