I really enjoyed your stories
Some pointers I would give you for reading to make things better. If characters are whispering, whipser, it just adds so much more. Add a little sarcasm into the delivery if they are being sarcastic. When all people have is a voice, even an ounce of personality can "Season" a performance if you will forgive the pun.
I disagree. I don't want my ears blown off if someone yells or having to strain to hear a whisper, simply saying whispered or yelled is enough. I can't stand when a narrator giggles because it says they do, it's best left to my imagination. Advising the narrator on the author's page is pointless. In this case the narrator is AI. As far as AI goes things are really improving! It's amazing how well they are coming along.
There is voice acting, story telling, narrating, and simply reading. I cannot determine between decent AI or inexperienced reader for this one.

@@vanward5515, If you have heard the ones in the beginning you would love this. They have really improved! You should appreciate it anyway, it is free. Paying a human to read and record costs quite a bit. You could probably donate money to the author to help fund that.

I actually had a male calico! Trouble is based on him. It's very rare, but it does happen!

The AI narration is annoying because I find myself focusing on that instead of the story. I liked the narrator from Murder Over Easy.

I'm only a few chapters in but I'm trying to figure out why the title is Death By Chocolate when the guy was killed with a lobster mallet
After I made my comment, I did remember that it is a very rare possibility that calicos are male. So, you are a rare person with a rare cat.
He passed recently, but he was a very special boy. He also had strange behavioral traits! Like chewing my hair when I was asleep. And he never meowed!
