totally agree - there is something about about the subtle harmonic progressions in this Handel composition which is deeply universally energizing - crossing borders and cultures - the demand for accuracy here is very high and these performers absolutely meet that demand .
To the People of Ghana, my deepest respect to yr Country and yr People on the magnificence of this display of singing and music, the Performance is superb: All my respect !! This is too beautiful!!

The keyboard players do a solid job. And then that choir comes in and just blows your mind! I’ve been singing in choirs my whole life (in South Africa) and there’s nothing like an African soprano to bring the goods when needed. And of course Ghanaians are just fantastic so this is the perfect video 😄👍🥂 I was smiling from beginning to end!
I think Handel would be absolutely delighted by this exemplary performance of his work. Well done! As an American, the coronation isn't of particular importance to me, but this is glorious music and should be performed frequently.
May the King of Kings who is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, reign in our lives, through our thoughts, words and by our actions❤🙏🏾. This choir along with the musicians were amazing🙏🏾
Amazing voices, Matured accompanists on the piano, by ear only one would think it is a full orchestra performing, All details of the song well captured from beginning till end. Excellent rendition Brothers and sisters ... Love from Nigeria ❤❤
Absolutely exquisite! The best version I’ve ever heard. It’s as if the Holy Spirit endowed them with angelic voices and they were singing to God Hinself!
I know right? Utterly blown away by the quality of the voices. I’ve sang this piece before with a choir I considered to be top quality and we had nothing on these performers. That first note was soooo worth the wait of the long introduction.

Very beautiful and inspiring. I am a professional opera singer and I know the amazing effort you all have put into this performance to make it a musical delight.
Im absolutely amazed at how they make so few people sound like many, many, more. If you close your eyes it sounds like there's a an entire orchestra, and a full choir behind them.
All praise for the talent and discipline it took to achieve this performance. It takes nothing away from that to add that they have a cultural advantage: the vigorously and clearly articulated English that comes out of West African speakers. Had he been alive to hear this, Handel would have been over the moon.
I agree with Sylvester Oboira in that this has to be a standout rendition of this magnificent work. I am particularly awed by how clean the melismas were. To do that was not an easy task. Kudos to everyone involved !

This was simply fantastic! It goes to show that God’s music goes beyond race. Whoever is with God will be blessed with the joy and beauty of real music.
I haven't heard powerful crisp precise choral work like that in decades,. The crispness and precision first caught my attention with the coral opening at 1;43, again at 3:30s and at each Amen chorus that followed, this is an extraordinarily high standard. well done everybody,. greetings from Australia / John
Wow! Wow!! Wow!!! Accompaniments, Diction, Articulation, Harmony. I accompanied singing of Zadok the Priest on the Organ for the first time in November 1997. This one blows me away. ❤❤❤
Such a joy! Such excellence in singing, playing, trumpeting, conducting. Such perfect diction. Such choral discipline. God, Handel, King Charles III will all join in celebratory cheers. ❤

I"m so delighted about all of these talented singers from this small African country to sing one of my favorite classic song. Wonderful singers with their instruments/trumpets, etc and the way they did it; bravo to all of them.
I saw/heard this choir at a concert last year [broadcast on UA-cam] and they were fabulous. So glad I have been able to listen to them again, truly a great choir and proof that numbers aren't everything. The keyboard players are possibly even more talented than the singers in that they have the hardest job of all managing to sound like a full orchestra. So glad I found this recording.
