The best part about this मिक्स वेज सब्जी recipe is that it’s so basic. This is exactly how I made at my home. In the name of spices, there’s only dry roast spices and nothing else. ☺️😌😌
You can obviously add powdered spices to it like coriander powder,cumin powder, garam masala etc. but this is how I like it, super simple. When everyday cooking , I tend to go very light on spices, as I personally don't like to add so many spices on my simple recipes ! 🤗🤗
I have taken capsicum and bhajji mirchi (I realy dont know its actual name 😝😝) to make it super healthy as I personally like mixed veggies on my dinner plate,but i had nothing left inside my fridge except theses two ! So if you don't like, you can simply avoid them....but make once and you will get the magical taste !😋😋
