Oh wow, at 5:42 you pan over and there's a boxed copy of Stratego for DOS. I programmed that back in 1989. Super surprised to see a copy surviving and available for sale to this day. Best store ever.
Nothing will ever beat real physical media and the nostalgia feeling you get. Love that your store ( and many other) retro game places are successful. Anyone remember Funcoland?
I imagine most people cannot afford to have a big ass house and have big rooms dedicated to showing off their psychical media collection in a fancy way......

@@ebogar42 Obviously some of the stores have to be somewhat successful. I imagine their success highly depends on how populated the area is where the store is located. Florida has over 22 million people and is the third most populated state

I bought a Switch game from GameStop that was "new" online, then when i went to pick it up at the store, the clerk went to the display shelf to grab the game case, then opened a drawer behind the counter, searched for a while, then grabbed a game cartridge and the instruction booklet and placed them back into the case, and then put this into a bag and handed it to me. I was shocked. I paid new game price for an opened game. The only reason i didn't refund was because this game was hard to find "new". The game box had dog-eared corners and was in rough shape from being on the display shelf for customers to grab for who knows how long.

Love this so much. A temple to my childhood basically, its soul medicine Wish I was in the area so I could stop by, but I'm from Norway so I'll just be obsessing through the lense. I sometimes go back and play some super mario all stars on SNES, or some rounds of mario cart, goldeneye or pokemon stadium minigames with friends on n64. Awesome store! I’d be a regular if I lived in the area. Great selection and vibes.
holy moly what an incredible shop! Retro shops are sort of dying out in the UK, one recently opened up in my nearest town for the first time in over a decade and it's been incredible walking around it. Hope you get tons of support and trade for years to come:) Physical media rules!
This is awesome! Your energy and excitement for gaming is contagious. Love your selection of retro games / look of the store!
Seeing Project Eden on that PS2 wall brought back so many cool memories. Thank you for that and DOPE shop!
I like that the retro game shop is run like a game shop from the 80s and 90s lol. Those classic bubble stickers with a price hand written. That;s some nostalgia
Love it Sam, TRUE entrepeneurs, congratulations on the shop& arcade, you need more Numskull Quarter Arcades:) And more Neo Geo!
This place is super cool! Man when I was young I would have melted onto the floor to find a store like yours lol I love it.
You guys are doing what I dream of doing. I've got a small time store on mercari, I've refurbished a turtles in time cabinet, and I modify old consoles and restore them. I'm super jealous! I wish you guys the best of luck!
The umbrella corp logo rack is rad! What an awesome store, wish we had something like this over at the west side ha
algorithm brought me here, cant wait to see more videos !
The excitement shown by Sam as she took you around the shop has never been matched. If you could have an emoji for "Do I have to do that?" it would be of Sam's face in this video..... lol
Love the tour of the shop but as I'm in Bangkok I don't think I can justify the cost.
That's a really awesome store, thank you Ramona 💙
I can only imagine how challenging and stressful running your own business is, but for some of us watching you are living the dream. Wish I could visit! :)
Everything is layed out very well, Def not chaotic. I appreciate a neat organized store. Looks Great! If I'm ever in the area would definitely pop in.
Thank you!
I ran a Japanese clothing store in NYC for 10 years and I always kinda wished it was either a retro video game or record store :) Anyway I respect anyone who's doing this, am actually a little jealous and if you were in Phoenix (where I am now) I'd be shopping at your store.
So glad to see cute independent stores like this going strong in the digital era, great collection.
Nice looking store. May you game and prosper 😀
Ohhhhh Scaler ! I worked on this. Nice surprise appearance.
Love this so much. A temple to my childhood basically, its soul medicine
Wish I was in the area so I could stop by, but I'm from Norway so I'll just be obsessing through the lense.
My SNES I got in 1995'ish at 5 years old, and nintendo 64 i got in 1998 both still work somehow. I sometimes go back and play some super mario all stars on SNES, or some rounds of mario cart, goldeneye or pokemon stadium minigames with friends on n64.
I really hope you are successful with your business, I want to see shops like yours thrive.
Keep doing awesome things 😍
Joe from Norway
Thanks Joe!!!
Your store is awesome
Your store is gorgeous 💜💜 I love the layout!
UA-cam randomly suggested your channel to me and i'm really blown away by all the hardware you guys have packed over there. This is literally like going back in time, a lot of my nolife youth on display right here ❤
Junks are indeed super duper RAD 🔥🚀Kinda sad how much the all digital era is taking away from us 🥲
Hello from a French nolife expat living in Thailand, you guys keep it up the great job and enjoying all your amazing passions to the fullest 🙏🏽💪🏽
P.S.: Love the broken jokes lol
This is so dope. If I ever make the drive towards Florida I’ll be making a stop!
Everytime we vacation down there I make it a point to stop in! Always find so much, I cant bring it all home!
You should run some bright led lights around, brighten up your shop. You are living my dream owning a game shop.
I saw Fester's Quest for the NES in the background. I remember that game being super difficult.
Wow what an awesome collection of games and stuff. This seems like a cool place to shop.
Awesome store! love it! I think some nice video ideas would be to cover your games and other stuff for a particular console. Like a video about your Gameboy inventory or your best of Wii Game section with some cool stuff you got in store. I would watch this all way. Keep up the good work. Cheers!
