    Excellent advice and instruction on gripping. I'm a 55+ athlete that struggles with some (most) of the CrossFit movements, but there's no way I'm giving up! Every day is a win, especially when I do better than the day before. Thanks Jason!

    I use different grip of the bar depending on the movement Im doing.
    Example bar muscle up, safety first so thumbs around.
    Pull ups, toes to bar, suicide grip.
    Rings, no grips.
    And prefer grips with holes.

    Any specific brands or deferent grips that you use for ring mu vs Bar mu?

      I always wear Bear Komplex for ring MU and will wear Bear Komplex or Victory for bar MU depending on the bar (how slippery it is, etc)

    what happen during hard chest to bar when grip start to get out of place ? is there a trick to reajust or to prevent ?

      Yeah.. you just have to readjust on the fly.

    Do you buy a larger size grip from bear since you are folding it further anyway? How do you use their sizing chart?

      For me, I just get the size recommended for my size hand.

      Jump rope (you want to have your own!)
      Foam Roller (for mobilization work outside of the gym)
