Hello niekalee305 - beyond your bachelor’s degree in nursing, you would need to complete either a Master’s Program (2 Years in length) or Doctorate Program (3 Years in length) to become a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Thanks for watching and thanks for your comment!
Hello Heyykipani - Support staff for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in our facilities generally include Registered Nurses, which is at least an Associate’s degree. Other support staff includes phlebotomists, IV teams, and health unit coordinators. Because this is a highly specialized area, the best way to get involved is to gather some great experience within other hospital units before advancing your training. Hope that information helps. Thanks for watching and for you comment, Heyykipani!
