- Welcome back, welcome back! This week started on Sunday with a trip to Sudbury on the train with friends. It was probably a little too much after the Chessington trip and I ended up in a massive flare. It completely floored me for the rest of the week, every day needing rest and naps! I still found things to do. Wednesday, I went to the driving range with Mum, Dad and Poppy then had lunch by a river. We collected a new mirror for the hall in the bungalow from Facebook marketplace. I'm really pleased with it. Enjoy and see you all next time.

So sorry that you have been in a flare up, I hope you are feeling better now! The heat here in Oklahoma has been horrible, I have been moving around slowly myself. I have been in a flare also for several days, but I'm feeling better now. Tell Poppy thank you from us ladies for letting you use her camera! Your vlog is very much appreciated by me also, it helps to know there are others that know how this illness can be. You are very encouraging, I see you getting our and enjoying life and say to myself, I can do what I have to do, so thanks! I enjoyed your vlog!!

I've randomly had several days of vertigo this week, which I think are migraine related, but so weird, I've not had it this bad before. I hope your flare passed 😊

@@maureenandrews7151 we only had one day of rain on Saturday here but the weather has been very up and down plus supposed to be getting another heatwave which won't help! 🙄 Mine is from doing too much. Not a lot I could do about that though, it has been busy lately. 😊❤️

Hi Nikki! Thank you for mentioning my comment about the Chamomile tea! I am sorry you might not like the taste, didn't think about that might be a struggle. I also think you might want to look into something called, Hawthorne Extract and make sure with your GP you can take the pill form before bed as that also helps loads!
I believe there is a tea by Celestial Seasonings called "Sleepytime tea" which is mainly a spearmint flavor that also has hawthorne and the Rose tea you mentioned as well and I usually always sleep really well with that.
Hawthorne extract is a natural anxiety reliever and so is Chamomile as to why I mentioned that one, however the health stores there may carry any of these as well.

Just got hrough one myself! but feeling better had part of my thyroid removed my thyroid meds altered so starting to feel more human at the moment .
