I just got the VE15, and it is the absolute perfect size for pocket carry. I can fit everything I need for edc without it being bulky at all. So glad I found these
Thanks, Stassa. I've been looking at EDC pocket pouches & the small fold open pouches. Your review is timely and helpful. Your contribution to my EDC knowledge is appreciated greatly.
I've been using the camo one in a cargo pants pocket for a while. It's great for small essentials. I like how you go into detail, whether it's knives or other products.
Great to see an actual breakdown of each of these and how you're using them. It's almost impossible to tell in photos and sales literature. Seems about 90% of these things are _junk_ and make me wonder just what they were thinking of with some pockets and layouts.
I have yet to find an EDC pocket organizer that actually holds my gear snug. They all do, for a little while but, eventually, either the elastic holders permanently stretch some, or the whole pouch begins to get floppy; at which point, it might as well be a paper bag. What I dislike the most, is the overwhelming reliance on most pieces of gear having a belt/pocket clip, in order to be stowed snugly, in any given pouch. I don't want the weight, nor bulk, of clips on the items in my EDC pouch. I want the pouch to securely hold the items I put in it. I have been working on the design of a pouch that meets my specs for a number of years. All the while, hoping against hope, that some established company will put something out that solves my dilemma. As my 55-year life has shown me, I am probably the only person in the universe who feels the way I do, and desires what I'm searching for. I don't care if the item cost several hundred dollars. I've already spent WAY more than that trying out every EDC pouch, which looks like it may come close, that I can find. They have all ABSOLUTELY SUCKED, so far.
Sweet video it’s really nice to see the different options side by side. I’ve really enjoyed the “Hide and Drink” pouch off Amazon. Waxed canvas and leather. Holds knipex pliers, prybar, Olight flashlight, pen, field notes, cash/ cards, and fits comfortably in my front pocket.
I really like these pouches. I've been using the ones from Yellow Birch Outfitters for a while, but these look more functional. I'm going to have to try a few out.
Great video - I got into the pouches because I got tired of my pockets getting shredded. Long story short each of my moderately priced small and medium sized folders each have their own pouch with a mini flashlight and bottle opener gadget to keep them company. Viperade and Kosibate are nice and inexpensive but a little bulky and heavy because of the canvas material. I'm always looking for lighter weight nylon pouches but there aren't many out there - please let me know if you know of any. Yes I have an ARC pouch which is awesome but they are 40 bucks a pop. Did I say 'long story short'? Sorry.
Thank you for the great pouch review. I just ordered the blue size in Black Camo. Debbie and I have our reservations set for Blade Atlanta. I hope to meet you there, Cheers from The Bull Ring, Colleyville, Texas.
He brother, love your "Knife Therapy Channel "! This episode was extremely interesting! You've given me a lot of ideas and therapy .You have great content! I am glad I discovered your amazing channel. Keep up the excellent work (enjoyment ) you are doing! 😊
The Viperade ve1 looks identical to the pouch that Olight gave out about a year or so ago. Really enjoy it as a vehicle carry. Thanks for sharing Stassa23
I like the idea of having a budget knife and kit in my truck, I'll have to look I to these. Question, have a reccomended bushcraft knife? Just looking for some backyard fire starting, feather sticking etc. Was looking at the BSP adventure.
For the price you can’t go wrong with bps or the beloved mora. If you want to step up in price there are so many options. Just depends on what exactly you want to do with it. For just an indestructible yet pretty fair priced option, I and many others love the terava jaakaripuukko. If you want a little step up from mora but in a stainless (Terava is made from the incredibly tough but non stainless 80crv2) you can also check out joker knives out of Spain. If you step up in price a bit from there the possibilities are near endless lol but any of the ones named would be plenty good enough
What the heck? I'm surprised your VE1 was able to fit the Field Notes notebook. My VE16 is advertised to be the slightly larger version, but I had to cram my notebook in and it got all crumply. Unfortunately, I think someone also stole my VE16 when I returned from travelling recently :( Great video by the way
I have the gray one and hate it. The fabric and build is too bulky when filled. It ended up going into my glovebox as a emergency stash holder rather than EDC.
Looks like a glorified change purse, just trying to wrap my head around these micro "EDC" pouches and 1" flashlights... 😂To each his own but just don't seem comfortable or practical for any kind of rapid deployment... I guess if you want something to put chapstick, nail clippers and a tiny useless knife in, they are cool...? 🤣You can make a "cool" lanyard! and get super cool patches!😆 The term EDC is meant to describe a gun or knife, not these boyscout EDC kits with chapstick and coins...
Viperade sound like a really risky sports drink.
😂
Cobra commander's drink of choice. 😅

Viperade is always the king!🎉❤
I have a handful of their pouches. Great quality for a fair price.
Sweet video it’s really nice to see the different options side by side.

Awesome. I've been wanting to replace my wallet with something with zippers since my wallet is usually in my lunchbox. (Cards always slide out)
Great video brother! Good set-ups. Was thinking of Maxpedition but will now consider this brand.
👍🏼I like your tiny strop. I might do that. Just started using a pocket pouch for my goat tool accessories.
Some great tools and setups Mr Stassa, thank you 👍
edc is like QVC shopping for men

Oh heck yes love finding out about these pouches 👝 and loadouts

Great recommendations. Just ordered the VE1.
Very good explanation of each!
Those are nice! I like that size! I have one but it's too big!!
Excellent video. Thank you for doing this one.
Great video, viperade have cool pouches. My favorite pouch this size is from Null Knives.
A Chum's wallet works well as a small EDC organizer. That's what I use.

Those Stassa patches look awesome 👌
Great job on the video! What is the sleeve that you have the Knipex pliers in and where did you get it?

Nice video, keep up the good work.
Great pouches!
where did you get the small skinny leather sheaths; like you have for the tweezers and the pliers? thanks, steven
Howdy I was wondering where did I find the sheath for the Knipex cobra pliers?
nice Pocket organizers. I have been looking for a good option.
which do you prefer, the Leatherman Squirt PS4 or the Gerber Dime?
Thank for the great video.
Great video 👏🏾👏🏾

I've had several of their pouches and tool bags for years. Don't cRe for the VE7 because of all the padding making it so bulky

How do I get a Stassa 23 patch? That is sweet!
There are a bunch of sizes and no way to see them all side by side. Any advice here?
anyone have suggestions for something a bit bigger? zippered that opens like a book with internal storage-like the VE10 but a bit bigger.
Hi everyone does anyone know what pen it was at the start in the blue organiser any help much appreciated
What pan is that last one?

Hide and Drink bro... Check them out. Very cool shit.
Nice
I ordered same from temu .. 6 bucks 🤣
That "strop" has never seen steel. Are you just filling boxes?
You have giant hands!
Not gonna lie.... Carrying gorilla glue for cuts is sheer genius. You're living in 3023 brother.
A game?
Shweaty pockets!

Imagine being so fragile that you are offended by people carrying things other than guns and knives 😂😂
Next step is a purse guys… If you can’t just slip it in your pocket then you don’t need it.
A purse would be pretty damn useful tbh.
If your masculinity is threatened by a storage solution, that's quite a closet you're in.
Punch a few holes in a credit card and grab some rubber bands boom free gear rack.
