Did they change the announcement format since then, though? For instance, Route 534 is the most common route I take, and it only says "Route 534. Wurzbach & North Star Transit Center" or "Route 534. Wurzbach & Ingram Park" depending on which way it's going.
They only say frequent route on bus routes that were frequent from the new bus system on 2003. 75 west commerce was always a frequent route so it still says frequent route but routes that because frequent after 2003 only say their regular announcement like route 534,88,82, and 2. Some non frequent that were frequent in 2003 still have that format like route 22,24,26,51.

I have to say, I do prefer the current fleet of red & silver buses that Via has.
