In 2009 I bought a 1500 sq ft home with a 3 car garage on 1/3 acre. It was a new build for $135,000. It’s mind blowing to know that this dude has about that much in just tools and a box 📦
And can't do any more than I can do with $1,000 worth of gearwrench tools. Same jobs same cash earned. And I pay for my tools the first time I use them, NEVER IN DEPT. Unlike the Snap-on puppy that's forever chasing the Snap-on truck, but never catches a break from his tool dept.
I had the "problem" every time I traded up. That's why you do it, for more space. Then you continue to buy more tools and before you know it it's trade in time.
At that price ($36,000)that toolbox had better have a motor and drive and text and have an internet connection. But realistically the price of that box is ridiculous in all the wrong ways. You could buy a lifetime of tools for that price…. For several people. Vanity.
Yeah it’s always the one that’s in the flyer that everyone always says would be cool to have but no one ever buys. It was cool to see in person. Thanks for watching John!
The pit wagon has always been a sweet setup..but I think if you honestly have no plans of using it’s mobility, simply go with the the 68”, 2 full size lockers and the hutch. The combined price is about $3000 less, but your dealer will bring that price down..my dealer reduced by 12%. Still a lot of money, but if wrenching is your trade, it’s worth every penny.
i mean, yeah, it looks good, but for a home garage, i dont see the use for the mobility factor. I know they use these in nascar, tbh, i'd probably buy just a big classic series .
I was in a shop quoting a motor swap, when one of the mechanics opened his bay door, soon as I saw the fully decked out snap on box I said never mind have a good day and drove to the next shop down. I'm not going to pay for someone's status trophy when they can't even gauge value properly. Mechanic I ended up with had an old halfworking craftsman box, impeccable work and charged me like 30% less than everyone else.
Damn! Im in the barns packin eggs this morning again! 🤦♂️ once im done in the barns ill be surely kickin back watching this! Thanks for another video man! Me and my boy love watching them🙌
Cory seems the Salt of the Earth kind of guy, a good man! Very cool pit wagon! I've seen the older style he showed, but not this one with the 17 in. wheels. Very cool! Also, I really like how you take the time to show the brand and cost of some the cool tools shown to you. Thanks for sharing!
That is the most extra box Ive ever seen and Ive only ever seen them near the track and not nearly this close up. Super cool though and obviously if you love what you do its second nature. Keep up the great work man!
That toolbox is fantastic and people forget that when a guys busy working hard he doesn't always have the time to put everything neatly into sections. Id bet the owner knows where everything is when he needs it though
LOL and my wife says I have an addiction. Personally my decisions were made on tool acquisition as a priority and the boxes came as support to that. The drawers of my 10 boxes have no empty space.

I remember WE talked about you maybe showing my boxes..... I dont think I could ever be as endearing as the people you find..... Great videos..... I bet you have made a few life long friends.... Eric
As cool as it is and it is cool on a completely different level, it doesn't have enough storage for the money. True, it is not designed for maximum storage, it is designed for mobility. For a pit box it is not over priced. Some custom units are around the 100k mark. Would i buy one if i had the need, faster than you can kiss a duck. Thanks again for the video brother.
I was expecting a Snap-on catalog of tools but I ended up learning about some really cool special purpose tools. That 1/4" bendable is 100% going in my toolbox.
That's a really cool box man!!! It may not have the capacity to hold as many tools as the regular 68 but at the end of the day... DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY🤘🏽

Where do you get that drawer power tool holder with that many cups? I have one made by Capitola, but it only has the ability to hold 5 impacts. Thanks!!
Thing that really sucks is you have to pull it out every couple months to air up the tires.... And God forbid you get a flat tire your box could actually fall over.

Used to do the MAC and Snap-On truck when i was a boat tech, biggest scam ever. Literally thousands of dollars just for an S on your tools and storage.
I seen that same box on offer up and they have a 1000$ rewards in Las Vegas keep a look out for a blue snap on box some poor guy got his tool box stolen but he had snap on so he can afford it 😂

As long as you're happy. But in my opinion, that's a lot of box for the little bit of tools in it.
i would agree. however. how many people do you know that can say their toolbox runs 16" rims?
17”
YOU GOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
How open it looks though, not too full and not too empty. It's a nice medium. Not every toolbox has to be overfilled with tools.

Most boxes are packed tightly, but Cory's setup has large spaces which makes it easier to locate things inside and always room to grow. Very nice..
He has room cuz there's no tools in that box. If he spent $38K on that box, it doesn't look like he has half that in tools
