I actually got destroyed by this deck in a tournament just because i was playing triamids and i couldn't change my field spells.

If you drew into a new field spell, do you still get blocked?
@@ahmedelsayed7000 no you can play the field spell if you drew it. Only your triamid monster effects get blocked because they must target the field spell before changing it and that malefic spell doesn't let you target any field spell even yours.

It has nothing to do with the ruling bc it literally says so (even tho they could point that out much better)
@@musiyevonchilla6769 yeah i know but usually continous spells and traps only work when their on the field, hence the term continous, you can even negate their activated effects with mst or something, there is a reason even dekayed was surprised by this.

I didnt know that either until I checked the video, checked the rules about that card & red the card with close attention.
Thats why I wouldnt blame DKayed for that bc playing against Malefic isnt a common matchup (allthough u used to play against them a lot, but that was on EDOPro)

These were some good duels I need more of this deck
So glad I invested in these awhile back. I had a funny matchup against witchcrafters and they couldn't get over my Malefic Truth Dragon due to not enough spells to reveal in hand to boost over it.
I use Different Dimension Demons and you get them from the same box as the Malefic cards so basically I could have another god tier deck already just sitting there.
When was triamids ever top tier to make a counter to it😂

you're confusing a perk with a purpose. it's just a random plus the deck has, not the reason the deck was made
i don't get why is this a "ruling". it is clear in the effect that the protection is tied to the field spell itself as long as it stays, regardless of the continuous.

Any leaks on Duke's Skills? His stage for unlock isn't open and I know its the question on everyones mind if he has an MoD skill. Oorgoth already seems cool and Lucky Straight could be amazing as well. If konami wants this mini to not suck and be about more then Vortex then they gotta do Duke right. I want the skill to be pick a value. Shooting craps on Lucky Straight seems pretty good.
Makes me wish my favorite villain Paradox was in the game so we can get voice lines and summoning animation lets all tell Konami so they can add him like Tristion and Duke

Just slap one earthbound immortal and you can attack directly like Piscu even if they get rid of it it will blow up all there monsters dealing 800 LP each

Try the silent deck the swordsman and magician's and combine them into one

I reported Malefic Territory to Konami in Google Play Store 1 year ago, they did nothing. I was playing Ancient Gears and faced a Malefic deck and i got super mad of Malefic Territory that duel, cuz it was my rank up match and i lost it to an unknown passive thats not written on the card.

@@ColdspaceDog you have to tell your opponent how the card works. It's considered cheating if you don't tell. Frozen soul is another example. It only says the OPs next BP is skipped but the hidden ruling is that your OP must attempt to enter the BP for the effect to be completed. If OP goes directly from MP1 TO EP, frozens effect is still there and it will take effect until whenever OP goes to BP and when he does on whatever next turn he does it and you tell him his BP is skipped, you are cheating and OP can call judge on you for concealing hidden card effects.

People never or rarely play with Malefic then screwed up over a Malefic Territority
I got beat by this the first time I played it then I went into heiratic dragon and pop the field spell the second time and won

I am gold 2 and i managed to beat this deck using luna lights
uh people have used trymids to beat my malfics while tertory is out so it must be buged then
So malefic finally became tier 2
i wonder why must of malefic deck has to be light barrier skill and no other skill that contain field card , like i know malefic monsters destroys when there's no field card, just to know why this skill specifically.

@@pascaltillack in order to play Malefics u need a field spell face up before u summon them, otherwise u are kinda screwed.
The skills garantees that u always have a field spell ko matter what

@Tim Oakley the thing is that it requires to run a dead card in your main deck. Cyber end dragon just needs a single extra deck slot
@@owennelson3096 But Malefic Rainbow doesnt require you to have normal Rainbowdragon in the deck, it can be special summoned by having Paradox Gear in the Graveyard (where it will go after it uses its effect)
that still requires setup, whereas you could just summon malefic cyber end immediately without the need to run bricks
