All my settings are on High or Ultra, sometimes I change them a bit.

I'm using Nvidia shadowplay with just a few settings. I think I have about 50 fps or so.

There are some good UA-cam tutorials like from 2020 fs'ers. Just play a bit with your settings and look what's the best. This was the way I did it.
