Very good video, I’m just wondering in IRL flights, do you put the flaps down after pushback? And if its true. How much do I put it down to?
The flaps are getting extened after engine start or during taxi. The flap setting depends on your performance calculation. Normally you take off with flaps 1+F or 2.

Can you tell me your nvidia filters settings and nvidia control panel settings pls. What monitor do you have ?
I change my filters nearly every video so there is not a standard setting. In case of the control panel settings you can have a look at 2020fs'ers on UA-cam, these are the settings I'm using. And I have a 2K 240Hz monitor.
How do you walkaround the airplane like that? Do you need a special tool for that?
If you have certain wing views defined you can move around from a wing view in the cabin using the arrow keys+ALT, depending on your shortcuts. You don't need a tool or addon.
