I got home unusually late from work tonight, and was not feeling a long workout. I found this 20 minute bicep routine, and it HIT THE SPOT. I can go to bed feeling proud that I didn't just "call it a night" early out of laze, and skip a workout. This hit the arms hard!
In the past year I’ve gone from 115 lbs skin and bones to 145 lbs of muscle. These dumbbell videos have straight up changed my life following them every day. Thanks guys
Struggle bad with the half ones that was hard!! Being doing your workouts since Xmas at least 6 days an feel best I’ve felt since a young pup.. glad I found u keep them coming 👏👏👏
@@ACHVPEAK Went great! Doing another 5 day split this week. Switched up 1 day but emphasis on arms day 1 and day 5. Hate cardio so this works for me cause I want muscle growth. Thanks for what you do!
I'll reply but I'm not sure who much was used. We film ALOT of workouts so its tough to keep up with that. You might be able to see the numbers on the DBs to get an idea.
