Have you missed the story where Gandhari was initially married to a goat, and upon discovery of that Dhritharashtra and Bheesma imprison Subala and all sons on grounds of treachery? Only Shakuni survives the ill treatment in prison and vows to avenge Kuru dynasty, uses Subala's bones for making dice that ever obey him. He then comes back into Kuru dynasty only to pretend to be their well wisher but actually plots the war for their elimination

Who said they are heroes, bro🤔? Vidur, bhishma, kripa, etc have both positive and negative qualities thats how they are portrayed too. Every one except Lord Krishna and Balram are portrayed with positive and negative qualities. Even drona, gandhari, vasudev etc have their own positives and negatives and mahabharat don't express anyone as heroes. You should understand peacefullly that first!
Kamsa is demon , you should watch that episode carefully,. Kamsa was born as demon and also previously demon too and gained demonic power after that deadly ritual too. No one called kamsa demon simply . He is demon by birth, previous birth, by action,by deeds etc.

This is the proof. Here he stands with the fatherhood of dhritarastra.
To be clear its only vidhura and kripacharya who won the child to be sacrificed and bheeshma opposes ther plan that it's wrong for determining such a cruel paid on newborn baby so he accepts dhritarastras opinion to not to kill duryodhana. Thank you🙏
