American citizens here got the notice they are working on my family member (spouse) I-130 on USCIS. I just want my family together again this process is so stressful, but trying to be positive six months in... will update.

It is a broken system,if they send your file from uscis to nvc why do you need to do more paper work when all your info in the file ,it about money plan and simply
We filed an I-130 & I-485 while my wife was in removal proceedings until her Asylum case was pending. She was not granted asylum but was giving voluntary departure. She left the U.S. in time and now we are waiting on the I -130 & I485 to be approved. What will we have to do after approval?
@Lewis Chacon @Lewis Chacon we got approved in oct of 2020 and documentaraly ready with the NVC since april of this year so we're still waiting. I moved to Guatemala to be with my wife and daughter while we wait for the embassy here. The embassy just opened up for immigrant visas interviews last week. Which embassy are you waiting on?

I paid my spouse visa since December 2019 ,this is a big ashamed your own spouse you need to say why you need your spouse here before they can bring him or her they don't care about husband and wife 🙂 problem I don't know what is like for Haiti

Hi sir I came to USA by cr1 visa my husband has us citizenship and I have two kids are us citizens too I visited my family in Iraq when tried to leave I found my conditional green card got expired and I wasn't know that I have to renew it I emailed the embassy in Iraq .They told to fill i130 please tell me how much time it take I need your help.
hello what happens to the kids that were on the original i130? do they go to the interview and leave with the mother and father after the interview?
I got my i797c notice of action from USCIS with receipt number starting with IOE letters followed by numbers.

im a US citizen and i wanna bring my wife to live in the states. I learned that I should file I-130 and provide evidences that my marriage is real. but what kind of evidences can I send if my wife lives overseas and we don't have anything in common yet except our wedding pictures ?!!
I think usually wedding photos are provided as an evidence. In our case we also provided our wedding photos. We also attached 2 affidavits and marriage certificate.
You can do it with a passport

Question. So my I-130 case for my wife says it’s been sent to state of defense. Do I wait until it updates that it’s been sent to the NVC before submitting the new documents and applications? The DS 260, with supporting documents and the affidavit of support.

That's tricky. If they think you've abandoned your domicile in the US, they might not give her a visa.
So that means it would take atleast a year to get a spouse visa after apllication.

Hi, I applied 1-130 in September. Got receipt and now waiting. My wife is not good sponsor, so I asked my aunt in USA to be a co-sponsor. But she refused just this month(because she sponsoring her daughter husband). I am not under poverty guidelines. Can Be sponsor of myself and my wife by showing my documents (tax return of last two years and assest(property) documents(I am . She did was mostly part time jobs and before she came here to get married she was on food stamps also, but doing part time job. Long question but please need this answer?

My case was approved by the USCIS on December 6 20160, but as of today July 28/2017 the NVC Claims that they haven't received my case yet, however,because my priority Date is very.old, the NVC gave me an ID number so I paid Both fees, but still, can't open or access the D-260 IV Application, nor the choice of agent & address,
D261 form, the IV fee was paid on March 07/2017, the AOS FEE was paid the first week of June of the same year, guys,I need your help, your experience and comments will be appreciated.

It will take about 13-20 years for the visa to become available.
