The algorithm is usually spot on and would point you towards the community guidelines affected. However, if you think it's mistaken (which happens) try writing them directly. Check the bottom of the promo page or sides. They redesign these pages often. But write them directly and they will respond. They want you to spend that promo money on them. Good luck.

If it's the stripe account creation you are referring to, simply create another account. They you use the latest stripe account you created to pay you. I hope you have verified your email address as I explained in the video. It can also give that incomplete error.
