Hi, this is a very cool video with a lot of information. I really love the fact how you sum up why you review vacuum cleaners at all. I just ordered the Samsung one just because of your review. Keep up the great work. Subscribed from Germany 😊
Great video! My Dyson v8 just died and saw Best Buy had the Samsung as one of their deals of the day for 229. I ordered it since the store near me only has 2 left and then searched for some reviews and found this one. I’m sold on keeping the Samsung. Thanks!
That's great. After more time using the Dyson and the Samsung, I do prefer the Samsung. 👍 So glad to help! Thank you for watching. Check out hundreds more of our videos at www.aroundthehome.org
Thank u for ur reviews and inputs !!!! I so need an updated vacuum, and one that doesn't trap the hair in the brush roller ... Thats a huge problem for me right now , like i said i need to update and will be purchasing one this week ... since 2022 hit im in a organizing / get rid of / clean state of mind ;)
So the shark rocket pro is good for both carpet and hard surface floors.. I have carpet, tile, and hardwood in our house, I need to make sure it can do them all...
It can do them all. It is a great vacuum for the price. I have since given it to my oldest daughter because who needs three vacuums. She loves it and has been using the crap out of it. They have one son and 3 animals so they use it like every three of four days. Just know that if you want the joint to get under furniture make sure to not just get the Rocket Pro, but the Rocket Pro MultiFLEX. Thank you for watching. That is a hard question. And I am not completely familiar with the Dyson V8. The V10 and V11 are very similar, but the V8 does have some design differences. Though the Dyson will inch ahead in the technical specs of other vacuums, I honestly prefer the ergonomics and the ease of cleaning of the vacuum on the Samsung.
Fantastic video! I have just ordered the Samsung as the deal is the cleaning station is included. The Dyson or Shark doesn’t have a cleaning station. If there was no cleaning station I might lean towards the Dyson but in saying that I don’t think the Dyson would be twice as good as the Samsung in performance yet it’s nearly twice the price. The Dyson complete and the top of the range Samsung both come with two cleaning heads where the lower end model Samsung has only one head but it’s still cheaper to buy the soft floor head as an extra to do laminate flooring and tiles then one of the other Dysons.
The Dyson and the Samsung can charge on the ground or they have mounts you can install into the wall and hang them. The Shark does not have a wall mounting option. I show this on their individual videos that should be linked inside this one.
You compare the Samsung Jet 70 against the Dyson V11 they are not a comparable pair the Samsung Jet 90 is marketed against the Dyson V11 both 200 air watts the Jet 70 is only 150 air watts and is comparable to the Dyson V10, also you don't mention the Samsung Clean Station unit to empty the canister ,Which is all most always either included with the Samsung units or available at a special price when purchased together which makes empty and canister cleaning hands free not to mention the Samsung is completely washable also ,and one last thing the Samsung can be used on full power until the battery is empty Dyson and any other stick vacuum can only manage full power for a few minutes until it will shut off to protect the motor. Cheers.
I can't agree witht hat +++ on the dyson cannister dump. I'm the only person in my family able to remove the tube from the end of the dyson. yeah, once its off, its great. But it also broke on my dyson and completely removes from the center piece.
I'm curious why you completely remove the tube when you empty it? I only do that when I am goin to give the unit a good cleaning with the air compressor.
@@AroundTheHome1 Maybe I used the wrong word, the stalk that connects the vacuum head to the cannister. it has to be removed to empty the cannister. no one in my family is able to remove that by themselves. I can do it, but my wife and kids its a two person job, meaning it always gets filled way too much between getting emptied.
@@AroundTheHome1 No, the vacuum tube isn't broken. its just hard to get off. you have to press the button and pull perfectly downwards, any angle to your pull and it won't come off. So my wife and daughter its a two person job. someone holds the vacuum, while someone else pulls the tube. In fact I'm the only one that is able to swap the parts efficiently and without frustration. I hate that you have to remove the tube every time you want to empty it. The broken part is the canister. the whole plastic canister comes off the vacuum everytime because the piece that kept it from coming all the way off snapped right off. Its two different issues.
The shark is not that bad you should have gave it a plus because I have it and it works great with 2 woman and 4 dogs WITH CARPET I know those wheels do get hair but it is not that noticeable and you did not rate those the way you should have
That's your right to disagree, but I do not change my mind on it. The Shark does have some really nice features, especially for the price. But the powerhead is hard to clean so that part gave it a minus. And in my opinion it was very noticeable having big wads of hair on both guide rollers and they would not roll. I gave the Shark to my oldest Daughter and she loves it. But if I gave her the Samsung to use side by side with the Shark she would have said the same thing. Have you used either of the two vacuums that I feature in this comparison to better understand why I gave the Shark that rating?
This is how all reviews and comparison videos should be made. Excellent.

Great video my guy, not a typical annoying over produced UA-cam review. A pleasure to watch whilst being super informal.

am planning to buy Samsung jet 70 or Dyson v8 animal. Which one would you recommend?

Wow thats a great comment!
I think the Samsung J90 Stick Vacuum now has the bendy neck that the Shark has.
I'll have to check into that.
Iv done the same thing with air compressor haha lol and it really does help

Why compare a v11 with a jet 70? Not even the same class. Compare the jet 90 and check the bang for buck.
This review don't seem to fair lol of course shark won't compare to Dyson
Well, not directly of course. But it gives you an idea what you get at the different price points.
okay
