I wear sweats to the gym when it’s cold outside but once I start working out I strip down to shorts and tank tops
I turned 27 a few weeks ago and my hair loss started a year ago. It’s been receding and progressively thinning but I know for sure that I’m losing it now because I’m starting to see more strands on the shower floor now than I was before. Definitely doesn’t look like normal shedding. It’s hard to look at it when it’s wet as I’m sure you know. I decided to give up on spending time and money on trying to save it just accept it. I was thinking about shaving my head because if I did, I’d have no hair to worry about and it would be over and done with but I’m not exactly in the state of mind yet to do it because I’m also thinking I should hold onto what I have for as long as it’ll last because I still have a pretty good amount of hair that looks good with a hat on backwards and it’s a look I rock. My hair loss is barely noticeable but I don’t really want to deal with the mental torture of watching it get thinner and thinner on me unless it’ll be very progressive and won’t be visible until a later point in time. I’m not opposed to shaving my head at all. I’ll do it if it gets to the point where I have to. It’s just hair. It’s not the end of the world and I’ve become so much less troubled by this thanks to Baldcafe. This channel is very therapeutic. Influential too. But my fear is that I won’t be able to pull off the bearded-bald look like some men seriously can. I have a good thick beard and a defined jawline but it still concerns me. I should also throw in the fact that I’m skinny and it’s very hard for me to bulk up due to past medical treatments with long-term effects and also, my physique is mainly genetic. A lot of pressure and emotions in this whole thing but I’m determined to overcome it like every man on this channel who shared their story 💪

Bald men can still be attractive if they stay fit and dress well. The only problem is if u r a little too "stylish" some women will suspect that you are gay. Not that there's anything wrong with it (Seinfeld).

The thing about being bald and somewhat jacked is that a lot of people assume you're like a skinhead or a little rough around the edges. So you can basically get away with wearing anything in the gym. I literally would wear all black (sweats and crewneck), all Grey like in this video, all dark blue, sweatpants with flannels, track pants with a tucked in wolverine t-shirt, a flannel with tactical pants and rucking boots, etc. Most of the time people complimented me on what I was wearing too haha.
Just find the fits you like on you and wear it. When I see chicks wearing skin tight skin colored sports brahs and spandex showing their cooter, or guys wearing skin tight clothing with broccoli haircuts, you realize you can wear whatever the hell you want lol. Plus the bald look makes it look cooler.
I went out my way to wear more colourful/patterned shirts and t shirts - just to avoid getting labelled a meat head or nazi or some crap.

I normally LOVE your style man but the yellow crocs coupled with the white/light grey outfit makes your feet look like a ducks feet…. Conversely, you look AWESOME with the sides and back grown out to the dark brown stubble….I also used to shave the whole head to skin daily but over the last year or so I’ve also let the sides and back grow out just a bit…I think it’s such a classic look, shows confidence in that you don’t feel the need to hide your hairloss etc…just a normal guy whose comfortable enough with himself to sport his natural, current stage of baldness.
I’m bald and got SMP done. Truly life changing.

Funny, I never paid attention to the back of my head and one day on the local news I saw myself from behind and realized to my surprise how bald I was. Every guy that’s took the razor to what’s left up there looks 100x better. I’m doing it in the spring. I’ve been dressing better and getting built up in the gym so it all looks better. I’m not a movie star, but everyone wants to look and feel their best
When you shave in spring you will be asking “why didn’t I do this sooner”. I shaved my head @ 21 years old due to thinning. Never looked back. Even asked why I didn’t do it from day 1 of insecurity. Hindsight is 20/20 I guess but I can tell others now….Shave it now, you’ll feel incredible by spring ❤️
Also you can wear hat. I cover my bad hair like that.😅
Bro, wear the grey pants and grey sweater, and accessorize with colorful shoes, a bracelet, watch and chain. You'll look great. Like a plain base layer with color pops

If you wear elasticated waist joggers all the time you may put on weight without realising it. I speak from experience, all mine went in the bin years ago. At 65 I am back to a 32" waist but oh dear at 45 I looked older than i do now. Just a warning.

Gonna be brutally honest - keep this in the HMPS where it belongs. You wanna rock some trackies, get fitted ones. Same for the top. Burn those crocs. Vests are fine for around the house, but not down the gym.

Oh man, feel free to wear that tank top down to the gym if you want. However, once you sweat bigtime then it's basically going to be see-through. And everything will show. Like nips, fur, and subtle paunch. You won't be able to concentrate on your workout. I have a slight paunch and what not too, so I'm just putting myself in your shoes.
You can wear it all when you're on day release.

The "trackies" look fine, but go for darker grey or black. The tank top or "vest" as you say... it looks fine but don't tuck it in your trackies. Untucked, always, with t-shirts.
Also, shave closer. You don't want the fringe around the ears. We call that the Toilet Seat. A bit longer and it's called the "Crusty the Clown." Shave it right down, man. You're a handsome fellow but the Toilet Seat detracts.
