That would be why! Although I occasionally do it anyway, and then just tweeze the hairs like away -because I know to look for them about a week later! Lol

I used Latisse for quite a while, probably a year,using the small brushes and it lasted me over 3 months. I also used the leftover that was on the brush on my lower lashes and my brows. I didn't have any extra hairs growing on my face.
my bottles last 9 months or more. maybe try using a tiny eyeliner brush or lipliner brush.

I also threw out those horrible brush applicators, I could never get the medicine on my eyelash roots with those useless things! Instead I use those tiny foam applicators that are used to apply eyelash extensions. They hold on to a tiny amount of product and apply to my eyelash line flawlessly. They’re also really cheap on Amazon, I use one foam applicator for each eye then I throw them out.
my way is greener. ;) same eyeliner brush and rinse it off after application. no issues.
Thank you for your warning. I just started using Latisse last night so I have a ways to go before I hopefully notice anything. I originally bought it to grow out my overplucked eyebrows but my Detmatologist kept telling me I could use it on my eyelashes so I'm doing both. I paid $195 for a 5ml bottle and live in NorCal. I think my doctor has a heavy markup because it's an expensive area but I trust her if something goes wrong.
Yeah, it takes about three months until you notice length and then comes a more lush look. I would say my brows did not take evenly but I fill in a lot less now.
I guess there are things that can go wrong, rarely, but you can still always go to a doctor if that happens, 195 is really really expensive for 5 mL.
Check out the pricing with my link in the description. that was cheaper than my doctor and he was way less than yours. like135 i’m thinking. But with Apostrophe I don’t have to actually go to the doctors office! So no traffic/gas. Let me know how it works from you. That’s 5 mL could last you for five months by the way!

Just back to a regular growth cycle. Like usual.
I’m so lucky to live in Thailand because we can buy Bimatoprost .03% (Latisse) OTC for pocket change! This stuff is a game-changer! I hate mascara (and I got length, but no darkening of lashes with the product), so I tint my blonde lashes every 6 weeks or so, use an eyelash curler every morning, and I have the lovely lashes that I only dreamed of! For those in the USA/elsewhere, you can buy Latisse from overseas online pharmacies for much cheaper. This is what I did at home before I moved to Thailand. You might want to check out the online options!

Apostrophe.com is where I order mine now without having to leave home and go to my skin doctor. The doctors there prescribe it online and they mail it to my home.

Do you mind asking you when you stop using it. Does your eyelash get shorter?
If you stop using the product your lashes go back to having a normal, shorter life cycle, and fall out prior to getting long.

Well don’t let people scare you with the pricetag. if you follow my directions the investment is not nearly as large as it seems. And now that I’ve been using it for years I only apply every third night, stretching my long eyelash dollar even further. ;)

Be very careful with this product because the same active agents in this product is also referred to as prostaglandin which hollows out the good fats around some peoples eyes
Good point and also even more reason to use a teeny tiny brush instead of the ones that they supply. You don’t want ANY runoff/excess.
I am using this for my eyebrows ! I was prescribed this by my dermatologist 3 months ago . I still have product left I’m supposed to be on my 3rd refill. Anyone else have this problem ? I’ve been using one drop per eyebrow as directed.

Can I put almond oil after I put latisse on my eyelashes and brows? Or will that effect the latisse some how? :) thanks
You can ask the doctor. I would think not but I’m not a scientist. Once you have your full lash growth you can start using the Latisse every other night. Then you could alternate nights with your oil I would think. I wouldn’t want to dilute or disburse the Latisse in any way.
No you can’t use oils at the same time.
did you experience darkening of your underage, or eye shape changes? Im having problems with really bad undereyes. others say it eat away at your eye fat
I have not noticed any darkening of my eye area or light brown eyes. The fat loss seems to be very rare. If you watched the entire video you know that I did have hair growth under my eyes, but the change in procedure, i discussed, solved that.

Would have been nice to see before and "after" pictures.
Plenty of those on the internet and not everyone’s results are comparable. For instance my friends said, “But you’ve always had long eyelashes.”,but I have more of them now. And they are noticeably longer with mascara. I just wanted to make sure to warn you about using too much and wasting it, and keeping the product in the right place so you don’t end up with stray hairs. That first 5ml bottle lasted me almost 6 months!

Did you ever experience loss of brows once you discontinued product use?
You can’t discontinue use. You lose everything. all it’s doing is making your growth cycle last longer. As soon as you stop taking it your growth cycle goes back to what it was before you were using the product.

@@lisak-xo well it takes weeks for it to work because you’re changing the cycle of the hair so you don’t see results for a bit. And then, of course it’s every night until your well established and now probably, years later, apply it three nights a week.
i use it for my eye pressure, i have natural thick corneas with more than perfect vision 20/12 vision, and my lashes don't grow
It’s a side effect for SOME people. It doesn’t work for everyone’s lashes when they put it inside their eye. Especially if there isn’t extra permeating the lashes.

Once you stop using the product every two or three days they well return to living their normal shortened life cycle, and fall out more quickly. The Latisse allows them to stick around as longer lashes, a little longer.

Jenn Jocson Talk about an immediate response, huh, Jenn? Lol I do not clean the brush in between eyes. I don’t have an eye infection and in fact I have never had an eye infection. Maybe if I was more prone..? And after doing both eyes I rinse the brush under hot water and set it on the edge of a shelf to air dry. It’s been six months and I have not had any problems. Also, I am still using the very first bottle of Latisse that I started in April! 😳

I have been using it for almost three years with one eyeliner brush. As per my doctors office.
I only rinse the brush in hot water after application but feel free to disinfect if that makes you feel safer. 👍
How did you clean the brush after application?

The results only last as long as you continue to apply the product a couple times a week
