When I used a Windows PC I edited in Premiere Pro. But you could take a look at DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, both are free.

Yeah, I've been trying the Lark M2 out recently, I really like it so far. The necklace mount is really useful at times when it's tricky to mount the mic on my clothes.
