Hi. Thank you so much. I do alter pants patterns from time to time to achieve a better fit, and I share how I do that when I do it. I don’t have any fitting tips that I can think of, but if I do think of any, I will share. :)
😳😳😳..... they are real pants......oh you look so cute in those.....two pieces..... I'm gonna definitely try to get that pattern....easy, breezy and simple... You look so adorable in the blue lounger you were wearing too💜
Awww. Thank you so so much. Yes. I hope you get this pattern. It is definitely a great one right out of the package, and yes, easy breezy for sure. Would highly recommend. I always love chatting with you. You keep me smiling!!! Thanks again. :)
Thank you so much. I love that I already had a top to wear with these pants. I am so happy that I tried this pattern. It’s definitely a great one and a keeper for me. :)
Oh, wow. What a coincidence. That’s awesome! I hope this pattern is a keeper for you like it is for me. I can see myself making these pants multiple times. I love them. Thank you so much.
Lol I was in Joann earlier today and saw this fabric in clearance. I kept saying this looks familiar. Lo and behold I catch your vlog today 😁. This wardrobe looks great. Such a neutral color to match with everything.
I've had this pattern for several years and I'm just getting around to sewing it. I'm preparing to make this pattern in a ponte for an upcoming trip to Europe. I love that top you modeled with the second pair in the video. Could you share that pattern? These look absolutely terrific on you! Great video.
Hi. I think you will love these pants. I’m wearing them right now, actually. Lol. This pattern has been around for awhile, and I was so happy it was still available. I think these will look great in ponte knit. The top that I have on is in linked in the description box below the video. I made a video about it. It is self-drafted. Thank you so very much. :)
Those pants are super gorgeous on you and probably pretty comfortable too, I’m guessing too by the fact you didn’t want to take them off! I laughed when I heard your hubby when you announced you were going to continue wearing your muslin….it is something my hubby would do. I am sure the bolt of that fabric would fly off the shelf at full price with your completed garment beside it! I also love the coat you wore in this vide too, did you make that as well? If so, what pattern did you use, as it too is gorgeous on you!
Hi, Natalie. Thank you so much. Yes. The muslin pants were/are so comfy. I have been wearing them a ton. Too funny when my husband was laughing. He gave me a chuckle too. So cute that your husband would have laughed also. :) I did make the coat at the end that I think you’re referring to. It’s Burda 6294. Thank you so so much for watching.
Perfect fit! Thank you for explaining that waistband technique, I need to try it! Yes, the excitement of scoring a good deal on fabric and having the pattern work so well on the first try? I bet you were doing the happy dance!! Great ending song too! Too cool!! Do you mind sharing your height measurement? I'm about 5' 2" so if it's too long for you, I would probably have to adjust it by at least 6 inches, I'm guessing! Enjoyed your video a lot! One of my favorites for sure.
Hi, Janis. You’re welcome. Thank you so much. Yes. I was very excited to have found more of the beige knit fabric and super excited that the pattern fit right out of the envelope. I WAS doing the happy dance. Lol. I was so happy, and I ended up with some pants to lounge in as a bonus. I am 5’4”. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this pattern if you decide to make it. Thanks for all your compliments. I appreciate it so much!!!
Hi, Sandra. Thank you so much. This pants pattern is definitely a keeper for me. There is a link below the video for the top that I’m wearing. (I didn’t use a pattern.)
Wow, Wow, just Wow! These pant are awesome! The fit is marvelous on you! You know how much I love leggings and this pattern is a play on both leggings and pants! Question, what type of knit was the first pair? When you were cutting it out, it appeared to be thinner like a Rayon Jersey. However, when you put them on, the fabric looked much heavier. Loved this review!
Hi, Myra. Thank you so much. I love the fit too. I was surprised that these fit so well right out of the package. The first pair were made with a thinner knit. I think it’s a cotton blend of some type. It feels like t-shirt fabric. I can’t remember exactly what the label said, but you’re right that it was thinner than the second knit. Maybe it’s a cotton jersey. Just a guess. If I see it in the store I’ll try to remember to take a peek and share. 😉
@@Manecoarse Thank you! I was just trying to gauge what type of fabric could be used. LOL! I just need to purchase the pattern myself and check the “suggested fabrics”! Thanks again!
Nice monochromatic look👍🏿
Thank you so much.
Absolutely cute! Love the separate matching pieces! Gorgeous ❤
Hi, Tea!! Thank you so so much. I was so happy that I was able to mix these pants with the pieces that I had already.
Oh my gosh, that song at the end is so cute! You should use that all the time on your videos! Cute Pants!
Aww, thank you so much. I’ve only used that song once. I definitely should consider adding it to more videos. Thanks for the reminder. lol
You always seem to achieve a perfect fit in your garments. Any tips you might share in a video?

Thank you so much, Tee. If you haven’t made this pattern up, I’m sure you’re going to love it when you do!!
I just bought that pants pattern a couple days ago. Love the look! Great color too on you.
Oh, wow. What a coincidence. That’s awesome! I hope this pattern is a keeper for you like it is for me. I can see myself making these pants multiple times. I love them. Thank you so much.
Haya. Wow, loving your pants & the entire 3 piece 🤩Your mock up pants look great too 🤩Thanku 'sew' much for sharing 🪡✂🧵🙂
Hi!!! Thank you so much. I love how easy these pants were to make. The mock up is what I’ve been wearing around the house a ton.
@@Manecoarse Yay 😀
Lol! I would have worn the toile, too! This came out so great and yay for finding the same fabric! That never happens for me.
Lol. I was so excited to wear that muslin and to find the same fabric. I definitely got lucky.
Lol I was in Joann earlier today and saw this fabric in clearance. I kept saying this looks familiar. Lo and behold I catch your vlog today 😁. This wardrobe looks great. Such a neutral color to match with everything.
Thank you so much. I love this fabric. Just about every time I see more of it in the store, I buy some, and I love the neural color too. :)
Love both pairs and the lounge dress you had on in the beginning. Cool song too.
Aww, thank you so much!!! They’re both so comfy too.
Very nice. I will be making those pants.
Yes!! Please do. I think you will love them. Thank you.
Wow wow great makes!

I love the pants pattern
But
What pattern did you use to make the outfit you have on???
Hi. Thank you so much. Here’s a video about what I was wearing.
ua-cam.com/video/mGc5uci4ft4/v-deo.html It’s McCall’s 7061.
@@Manecoarse great thank you🤗
You’re welcome.
I’ve made this 3 times…all fails. Apparently I need to learn how to adjust the crotch. Your video gives me hope.
I’m so sorry to hear that. I’m glad the video gives you hope. I usually have to adjust the crotch area when I make pants too.

Why you teasing me with that fabric? Ok....back to the video 📹
