You're English is great Mr. Balkan!! You manage to communicate everything so clearly. Thanks!
You are the best! And yes, I also suffer more in architectural terms than architecture itself. And I really appreciate your sensitive approach to using English words specifically and explaining each of them for better understanding and getting good knowledge on that. Keep going like that! Thanks for everything, Balkan Architect
NO HIS NOT
Loved your content and how thoroughly you explain things👌🏽
A HEART-FELT THANK YOU 🌷
Oh God! those stairs are driving me crazy but am so determined to master it. Thanks for your tutorials, they are so helpful
Thanks for explaining that error message; I encountered it only yesterday and couldn’t quite follow it. "Revit says 'it's your funeral…" LOL. I’ve been a subscriber for a number of years now and your videos are so helpful. Thank you.
I chanced upon one of your earlier videos the other day and - wow! - your English has noticeably improved over the years; basically you have absolutely no problem with the language. I am English born and I often feel you speak English better than English people! So I hope you don’t mind me pointing out one little thing that even most English people get wrong these days - even newsreaders who should know better! You mentioned “less steps“. When the noun is plural, the word to use is "fewer“, e.g. "fewer steps". Less money/fewer dollars. Less traffic/fewer cars. I hope you don’t mind me mentioning that as your command of English is excellent! Btw, I was very impressed when I once heard you use the word “tad”. That’s not a common word. 👏🏻👏🏻
That was an awesome video- thank you for sharing with us.
incredible video! im watching all of them

Hello Balkan Architect, I really like the way you teach.... I am preparing for Autodesk Certified professional exams and you content have been really helpful. Can you please do a video on worksharing and worksets in Revit? Thanks in advance 🙏
You are a great teacher, and look so cute!
Thank you sir
Thank you for explaining about the stair parts, english is not my first language too!
Man u r great!
thank you
thank you, i just learn some things here
Just letting you know Balkan Architect that the reason the stairs attach to the floor that way is because that’s how it is usually framed to save material.
great!
You are a Real máster
Your English is perfect.
Thank you for this video creating stairs in Revit for me can be very annoying which is weird because Revit is supposed to make the modelling process easy and quick to do. I have a problem with getting the staircase in Revit to match the staircase I created in Autocad
Super
In my country we use the ugly zigzag, and as an autocad user ive drawn countless ugly zigzags. I never liked it as each project has a slightly different shape zigzag.. From now on, no more ugly zigzag! Thanks Balkan!!
I love your accent I can understand easily
I didn't think that english you learn, all time what I look some video think- what a good pronouns! I can hear without problem all things and understand all! I real not need more video for one question to work..
It's really amassing, how many you tall about. Thank you.
Very good. Would like to see fire escape stairs on the outside of buildings.
nice
you saved me hours of frustration. thank you!
revit stairs tool is not very intuitive....
Hi Balkan architect, this video was really helpful, thank you! But is there a way to give the last thread/landing the same material as the floor it attaches to?
tnx body
Покажи пожалуйста конструктив, рабочие чертежи по металлической лестнице, как ее можно замоделировать.
Hi Balkan,
Could you please make a video about revit structure?
Please upload videos on increasing render quality by Revit plugin or Revit itself.
Could you please guide any tips to create Shear key in Staircase mid landing ?
Hello Mr. Balkan! I have a problem viewing the stairs in the floor plan. So after I create the stairs, it doesnt show up in the second floor plan for some reason. The 'Stairs' is ticked in the Visibility/Graphics and still it is not showing. Your help would be much appreciated!
Check view range
Could you please tell how you create Staircase type "190mm max Riser 250mm going"
How do you duplicate the stair? Every time I do the materials for that stair family change as well. Very confusing
Hi sir....i got one problem in my revit sometimes when I create a stairs in revit....it freeze n show a serious problem had occured...is there any solution for tat and why it's happening?
I am done brick stair by using model in place stair option...Right am unable to select that as a host to place railing...How can I add stair?
Sorry, Balkan. the "ugly zigzag line" is standard here in the USA. Preferences and local standard aside, very helpful video.
Here in Brazil, this is standard too...
Yeah... but it is still ugly zigzag line.
00:49 A imagem em corte da escada unida, como fazer essa união?
Revit Stair-Floor Joins in Section?
Wow
hello can you tell me how to give tread number to stair created by model in space family
How do you change the material of that last riser
Hi Balkan what about ofset in stairs
I have a question. Revit 2021. When creating the stairs. They only appear in 3D view when I click on the bottom light bulb reveal hidden. If I turn that light off then the stairs disappear. How can I get them to be seen all the time just like the columns or walls
Check in visiblity graphics. It might be off there
How do you get half of the stairs (above the zig zag) hidden?
I’m a beginner and anytime I draw the stairs it never gets to the the next floor level. Any help please?
Hi Balkan,
I am unable to see section elevation 3d views & section elevation marks in revit 2019
kindly guide.
Thank you so much in advance.
Try extending the view of your section such that the vertical view of the section is covering ur entire drawing. I.e, go to ur plan view and pull up the range that ur section is showing
If duplicate stair case why can not change properties. All stair cases are same properties. Please explain for that please.
the middle support doesn't
go under the landing ...how can we solve that ?
*I miss the option for quadruple zig zag stair line.*
Revit developers please listen.
At first glance I thought you were the guy from vsauce
I think its not not daggling if you have beam.
my menus ate not same as you :(
the middle support doesn't work actually
I liked the video but that end result with last staircase step and railing digging into the slab left me with many gaps.
Yup please clear this.
very funny tutorial love it! but that ugly zigzag cut line is very common used in HK :P , however, for the method you taught for good-look section, it will appear one more step on floor plan.
there is a small problem that occurred with me that i would like to share with you when i skitch a stairs using cast in place the result will show only in the plan view but not in the 3D or Section
You haven't connected the stair to the floor. There has to be a better way to do it.
I once saw a UA-camr trying to address the same issue using a landing at the point where the stair and floor slab wood meet - better than your method but still not good enough. There has to be a better way.
Have you noticed when you switched the parameter of your floor slab to structural on the properties panel, it automatically connects to the structural columns? - Revit should address stairs in a similar fashion.
Or have Archicad style options for the top and bottom of stairs, where you can configure how much further the structural part goes below the bottom and how thick the finish should be on the top tread.
so teacher show structure
Sir your course is good but cost is very high for me, I can't afford this corse so please reduced fee course.

Thanks for the tutorial, but leave my brake line alone.
14:00 This trick will give you the wrong number of raisers(+1) It is smart visually, but I don't recommend it for professional work.
i want to study with teacher
LMFAO
Having the tread go into the landing is not a solution; that is a really bad hack. Also, treads are supposed to have a lip over the risers. Even if there are no risers, the treads overlap each other. If you ever found and climbed a stair without this, unlikely, you would know why right away.
man why cant you explain what you're clicking on the levels and how its being created. its so annoying trying to figure this out
