honestly it would be cool if the police did look like this in gta 5, the regular noose officers and lspd cops just look kind of plain and boring but these versions look way more realistic and better. same with the guns and vehicles too, why don’t they just add army humvees and let soldiers ride on the barracks? and with the riot van, noose doesn’t even use it regular cops do. i think if gta was like this then it would be way more fun

The mayor was preparing to give a speech on the steps leading up to the city government center when shots suddenly rang out. The mayor was also expected to announce an exploratory committee to run for Governor of San Andreas in the state's upcoming 2024 election. The current governor, Raymond Garcia (who, like mayor Smith, is also an Independent), is term-limited and ineligible to run for a 3rd consecutive term in office
