One of the Largest Gypsum Paster Factory is Producing tons of Plaster Of Paris Daily. This Video is about the process of making Plaster from Gypsum Stone.
Huge Stones are thrown down to the crusher and then the machine crushes it into small pieces.
Where with the help of the belt it is taken to the heating Area, where this Amazing Process is heated and the Gypsum is then melts down into really small particles.
Then in this factory it is cooled down and a powder is made.
Then these amazing skilled workers, work hard and pack the powder to the bags and then it is loaded to the Giant Truck. Then it is taken to the Packaging Factory for final Process.

What is death rate in this factory due to dusted lungs? Do they reach their 50th birthday? Is a deafness common thing there ?
Well , the death rate by accidents are not that we know of. People work here and go. So no one knows if they have developed lungs issues or not. Not heard complains of eyes issues too. The factory owners are not that much concern for the health of his workers. Your point is right that there should be precautionary measure to prevent diseases. On the other hand the workers who work here are from very poor family. They work so that they can earn some money to buy supplies for their home and family, they are not concerned about their lungs and eyes . A Sad truth……….
