In today's video I will show you how to section your hair in order to create seven straight back cornrows. This is a parting technique video, to ensure that you do not run out of hair at the back of your head.

Sitting here right now with six uneven braids dreading the fact that I have to take them down and try again. This video helped, so thank you.

I’m going to try to do this on my hair Friday after I wash it. I’m a rookie braider when I do my daughter’s hair, so I can only imagine trying to do my own. 😢😢😢 Wish me luck!

Thank you so much for this video... I'm a pro at braiding, with and without extensions. I'm a pro at parting for my individual twists but when it comes to parting for more than 3 cornrows, I suck. Thank you so much for this video.

I did straight back cornrows. Ended up with no hair in the back. I see why now haha. My parting was so off. Particularly at the middle of my head.

    I have several questions!
I have a problem on how to have the braids symmetrical? I'm right handed so when I get to the left side of my head, It's awful
What do you do to get your hair completely detangled and stay detangled as you braid your hair? I have very thick hair that doesn't listen to me

It’s cornrow sweet heart braids is sentimental to aboriginal Americans because we created that style in the Americas centuries ago, our ancestors wore them for reasons, spiritual reasons, and the corn roll got his name from the cornfields that we cropped in
