by the way!! the organiser at 3:03 , i have one too. it came with two small pieces of rubber (?) inside one of the sections. it's supposed to be put through the empty holes where the hinge is. this allows it to pop open when the button is pressed !! idk if you threw them away but that is how they work :D

16:00 FYI, you're supposed to insert the drawers between the 2 metal things (sorry idk the name, bars?) not over them. It's so you can open the drawer safely, it prevents it from tilting and ultimately falling.
