When it’s hard to put feelings into words, music can help us express ourselves. Sound It Out uses the power of music to help caregivers start conversations with their children about their emotional wellbeing.
Hear from youth mental health experts Dr. Alfiee Breland-Noble and Dr. Regina Miranda as they share tips and resources for how to help kids open up about their emotions, and hear directly from young people about how they’re feeling in these challenging times. We also announce the winners of the #SoundItOut Challenge as middle schoolers express themselves through music and poetry.
