If Ukraine can take out his private holiday residence right in the heart of Russia, then that highlights his own personal incompetence and weakness. Try to google an article from Moscov Times "Russia Deploys Sarmat ICBM for Combat Duty" sep. 1st 2023. There's a good image of the truck where you can see it's a truck and a very long trailer. This is different from the older SM-28 Sarmat. NATO calls it the SATAN-2.

The strange shape in the trees is probably a command bunker or bomb shelter, either way it apears to be some sort of concrete structure with the front wall casting a shadow. The top right cluster of trucks at 3:52 are either S-300 or S-400 you can see the caps of the launch tubes near the back of them that plus their shadows show they are deployed. Finally those real big boys are a pair of S-500s.

S-300/400 launchers are often parker very close to each other in permanent/semi-permanent installations, im unsure why this is but I have seen lots of imagery of sits in Crimea and the Krasnodar region of these sites before the war and they all have their launchers parker very close together, i doubt they are just inspecting them as they appear to have cables running to the radars or command post

The strange shape in the trees is probably a command bunker or bomb shelter, either way it apears to be some sort of concrete structure with the front wall casting a shadow. The top right cluster of trucks at 3:52 are either S-300 or S-400 you can see the caps of the launch tubes near the back of them that plus their shadows show they are deployed. Finally those real big boys are a pair of S-500s.
It somehow reminds me of the book: The Prince from Macchiaveli, the chapter about having a dungeon.
He must be feeling really secure surrounding himself with demonstrably poor tech defence systems….never mind the quality feel the width
