And I agree. I believe Dan is one of the most talented singers I've ever heard. That's saying a lot because of my age. I've gone through the 50's, 60's, 70's up until now listening to rock, hard rock, opera, and metal. Surprisingly Dan Vasc can do all those genres exceedingly well. Dan actually commented on a recent podcast episode that he doesn’t have a U.S. visa. By the time he started becoming big in the US, that was when coovid hit and he didn’t take the jab. Now that the coovid passports are gone, he just recently applied, but he’s currently on the waiting list, which is years long. Hopefully, the wait won’t be as long as expected!🤞🏻🤞🏻

I first came across Dan on UA-cam when his rendition of "Amazing Grace" came up as a start page suggestion. As I hovered over it, I noticed that he looked like a family member. That blew my mind. The great thing about Dan's voice is that we can never anticipate what's coming next. Because he has so many options.
"Homie is one of the most talented dudes I've seen." You said it. I love the timbre, is that the right word, of his voice as well as his incredible range and the vocal toolbox that is enormous. I love he can do any type of music he feels like doing and that he introduced me to a form of metal music that is accessible to me. It was always a wall of impenetrable sound from which I couldn't find melody or lyrics. The power that it delivers was therefore unable to reach me. He changed all that when I winced as I clicked on "Metal Singer Performs Amazing Grace" convinced this guy would butcher one of my favorite hymns of all time. Instead, it's the best rendition I am convinced I will ever hear. I also love that he has forged his own path, avoiding the trap of signing a contract and being beholden to a recording company that would exploit him. I learned a lot in a short time about protecting your voice from his videos and the things he has put out there. This song, although short, is so fun to listen to. He performs it and every song he sings, not just puts the notes out there. The level of contempt he pours into this song; well I'm glad I'm not on the receiving end! I'm retired and on a fixed income so I can't send much financial support to you Sebs. I love your channel though and continue to watch with enjoyment. Keep up the good work and enjoy time with those girls. This stage of life is challenging, and quite short.

I saw Dan when I was trawling through UA-cam. I am 73 yrs young and thought I liked amazing grace, boy was I wrong I now love it after hearing Dan’s version. I thought I didn’t like metal but now I love it. I have listened to so many of Dan’s covers that he’s made me a total convert. My husband thinks I’ve lost the plot😂😂 but this young man is one of the most talented I have ever seen or heard. And he should be a household name. I live in wales a country in the Uk and it’s known as the land of song but we have no one like Dan Vasc. I hope that Brazil is proud of him.

UI found Dan when Amazing Grace was put in my suggested videos......I kjad never led metal song, but listened to it because I could not imagine that being made metal - I was hooked immediately. My favorite Thing about Dan is his natural baritone =- it is so rich.
What Dan did here is a freaking awesome one man rock opera, that's what it is 🔥 And yes, he loves what he is doing, otherwise he wouldn't do it. For him, performing is also part of the singing, he mentioned that in a video a while ago.

THAT was an epic jump -- right out of your chair!!! :) Dan's power is so unbelievable and so gorgeous! I found Dan when my daughter sent me his Amazing Grace video. I grew up listening to rock and then hard rock (60's style) but never did gave the heavy/power metal a thought because all I knew was a lot of screaming and this grandma just wasn't up for that ... enter Dan Vasc. I still don't go out looking for new metal music because I just prefer his, but when he features someone in one of his videos I'll check them out and most generally I can appreciate their music. Dan is quality and I think that's probably why the majority of his Vasc-Nation fans follow him. He doesn't give deliver low-budget, low-quality material. He's all in 110% with every cover he does and his original material album with his band Fearless is equally as good. Check that out if you haven't (Chronicles of Wisdom). Some have suggested you check out Black Wind Fire and Steel and I'll second that.

I now consider him my second favorite singer. He would be my first, however that spot is already taken by Dimash Qudaibergen. I’ve been a fan of Dimash’s for 6 years now and he has my heart and soul. @@Dolly-wc9ne I think you need to watch some of Dimash’s new songs I highly recommend you watch “When I’ve got you.” I think it might give you a better idea of what Dimash has the ability to do as far as his voice and then there is who Dimash is as person. He is truly a very talented artist but also he is highly compassionate about bringing hope and peace to the world. How did I hear about @DanVasc ? His "Amazing Grace" video kept popping up in my youtube feed. In June, curiosity finally won out and I clicked on it wondering what a metal singer might do with the classic hymn. I was an immediate and forever fan - a new member of the Vasc Nation! What do I like about his voice? EVERYTHING. There's nothing he can't sing. His vocal range is phenomenal. The energy, power, and emotion he puts into every song - well, words are inadequate to describe how awesome they are. I listen to him every day, multiple times a day. (I think my husband is a little jealous - LOL) I love watching others react to his videos and express the same thoughts/feelings about his work that I have. I could go on and on. I found Dan Vasc accidentally. I was reading my news online and there was a thumbnail with the title "Metal Singer sings Star Spangled Banner." I was like "what?" So I just HAD to listen! I was astounded and played it numerous times and then sent it to my daughter who also loved it! Gave me chills and a lump in my throat. Took a man from Brazil to sing our nation anthem to show US how it should be sung - loud AND proud. Then I did a search and found him on YT and started listening to his songs and I'm addicted now! Patriotic, religious, 80's 90's covers. broadway, opera, ballads and heavy metal. He does it all! and does it perfectly. AND he's soooooo easy to look at. He's my favorite singer and I listen to him everyday and follow anyone! who plays his music. He's so talented in all he does. I'm hoping he gets his million subscribers. Since I started watching him he was in the 880 thousand range and I see now he's up to 890 something so the word is getting out about this hugely talented guy. Excellent reaction! As for how I found Dan, I was in a deep funk on 9/15/20, so I came to UA-cam, hoping some 80s music or country would cheer me up. One of the suggestions was The Sound of Silence by Dan Vasc. "Who the heck is Dan Vasc? Aw, well-stocked I love this song, so try it. If you don't like it, you can just turn it off." First thought was "Wow! What a voice!" Second thought was "he looks just like my character Jason in my story!" Been lost, happily, down this rabbit hole ever since.

Dan is quality and I think that's probably why the majority of his Vasc-Nation fans follow him. He doesn't give deliver low-budget, low-quality material. He's all in 110% with every cover he does and his original material album with his band Fearless is equally as good. Check that out if you haven't (Chronicles of Wisdom). Some have suggested you check out Black Wind Fire and Steel and I'll second that.
I discovered Dan by scrolling through UA-cam and seen a favorite reactor who was reacting to Dan ,Amazing Grace . I instantly fell head over heels for this amazing young man. I now consider him my second favorite singer. He would be my first, however that spot is already taken by Dimash Qudaibergen. I’ve been a fan of Dimash’s for 6 years now and he has my heart and soul. I can’t find any reactions of yours for Dimash. He like Dan are gifts from heaven. I love watching your reactions. I too wish Dan would do a concert, I would love to see him perform live on stage. @@Dolly-wc9ne I think you need to watch some of Dimash’s new songs I highly recommend you watch “When I’ve got you.” I think it might give you a better idea of what Dimash has the ability to do as far as his voice and then there is who Dimash is as person. He is truly a very talented artist but also he is highly compassionate about bringing hope and peace to the world. So I recommend you watching different songs that Dimash sings to really understand his music. Thanks for your reply. And like I said I would love to see Dan in concert someday. How did I hear about @DanVasc ? His "Amazing Grace" video kept popping up in my youtube feed. In June, curiosity finally won out and I clicked on it wondering what a metal singer might do with the classic hymn. I was an immediate and forever fan - a new member of the Vasc Nation! What do I like about his voice? EVERYTHING. There's nothing he can't sing. His vocal range is phenomenal. The energy, power, and emotion he puts into every song - well, words are inadequate to describe how awesome they are. I listen to him every day, multiple times a day. (I think my husband is a little jealous - LOL) I love watching others react to his videos and express the same thoughts/feelings about his work that I have. I could go on and on. Dan is Brazilian, like me, so I'm kind of well acquainted 😁 He's a complete performer and gets me hooked every time! Glad to know he's one of your go-to artists when you need a break. Great reaction as usual.
I found Dan Vasc accidentally. I was reading my news online and there was a thumbnail with the title "Metal Singer sings Star Spangled Banner." I was like "what?" So I just HAD to listen! I was astounded and played it numerous times and then sent it to my daughter who also loved it! Gave me chills and a lump in my throat. Took a man from Brazil to sing our nation anthem to show US how it should be sung - loud AND proud. Then I did a search and found him on YT and started listening to his songs and I'm addicted now! Patriotic, religious, 80's 90's covers. broadway, opera, ballads and heavy metal. He does it all! and does it perfectly. AND he's soooooo easy to look at. He's my favorite singer and I listen to him everyday and follow anyone! who plays his music. He's so talented in all he does. I'm hoping he gets his million subscribers. Since I started watching him he was in the 880 thousand range and I see now he's up to 890 something so the word is getting out about this hugely talented guy. We are now a 3 generation family of Dan Vasc fans. TY for covering his music. ❤

Have you seen his cover of "Music of the Night" from Phantom of the Opera? You need too!! That song is where his operatic training really shines!!!!!

Excellent reaction! As for how I found Dan, I was in a deep funk on 9/15/20, so I came to UA-cam, hoping some 80s music or country would cheer me up. One of the suggestions was The Sound of Silence by Dan Vasc. "Who the heck is Dan Vasc? Aw, well-stocked I love this song, so try it. If you don't like it, you can just turn it off." First thought was "Wow! What a voice!" Second thought was "he looks just like my character Jason in my story!" Been lost, happily, down this rabbit hole ever since.
