All of the fertile bottom lands of the Chemehuevi Reservation were condemned and all of the Indian residents of the reservation were dispossessed of their land and relocated off the reservation in order to construct the dam and create Lake Havasu." Pretty sad stories of whats been done to our Native People in the last 100 years. Especially the People of the true southwest.... There's lots of documented and undocumented events people don't know about or ever heard of.....
