I ordered a lower unit for my Optimax 225 from you. The packaging was great, but it appears that you payed more attention to the packaging than to the product that you shipped. It arrived with a seized shaft. How is that possible? They free spin. How can nobody notice that this thing was seized up? This gives me a bad feeling that I'm going to have a lot more trouble here pretty soon.
