आपने एकदम सही तरीके से दही जमाना बताया अगर जामुन खट्टा है तो उसमें थोडी सी चीनी मिलाने से खट्टा पन दूर हो जाता है दही अगर खट्टा हो या अलग स्वाद दे रहे हैं तो दही में धीरे-धीरे एक गिलास पानी डाल दीजिये एक घंटे बाद धीरे-धीरे से उस पानी को निथार दीजिऐ दही ठीक हो जाएगा
15 minutes method is not curd... It has become soft chhana... (Paneer). It is spoiled milk... Not Dahi... Bacterias of Dahi take time to bind it in to curd
Hi dear Raksha thanks for sharing tips for making curd in 15 minutes , I totally agree with Sindu Motwani ji that the curd made for longer time taste better and right way , I am 63 years old and from the age of say 8/9 years started cooking so many years of cooking and experimenting or can I say trail and error , I have learnt so many things ,in the presents life of everything fast and instant, ready in jiffy preparing in advance and storing it in the fridge for a week or so has lots its food values ,the food we ladies make with total love ,patience and positive mind not only gives us satisfaction in mind also the necessary nutrient to our family , making food is not just merely filing our stomach should give us necessary energy , shortcuts won't work so by the look of that 15 minutes curd I can say yes it's looking like curd but by steam cooking ... No I don't think that is curd , hope you don't mind of my opinion Take care and keep cooking 🙏😇
